Yesterdays session
Was squats 5x5 180 kilos 75 percent and deadlifts 3x5 155 kilos 70 percent rdls walking lunges and weighted planks
Today’s session
70 push ups all at once before weights
Plus 40 minute walks
- Bench – 5×5 @ 160 kg
- OHP – 4×6 @ 105 kg
- Incline Smith – 3×10 @ 120 kg
- Barbell Row – 4×10 @ 120 kg
- Rear Delt Fly – 3×15-30 @ 100 kg
