Hi guys, posted once but didn't do a log so here we go.
My cycles are 6 months long as my PCT consists of TRT now that I am 38, I don't feel like 3 month cycles are worth it so I prefer to start low dosages and work up. I'm just starting week 8 by the way. Pics are current.

Week 1-8
Mast p-80mg
Test p-160mg
Tren ace-80mg
Test-250mg

(Converting tren ace to tren ace by mixing them for 10 days until dropping ace altogether)

Week 8-10
Test E 400mg
Tren hex 150mg
Superdrol 10mg (immediately getting better pumps and vascularity)

Week 10-12
Test E- getting up to 600mg by the end of week 12
Tren hex- getting up to 200mg by week 12
Superdrol-15mg week 11
20mg week 12

Week 12-16
Test E-tapering up to the 750 range
Tren hex tapering up to the 300 range (not as sensitive to tren as some others but I'll take this one in stride)
Start tapering off hex and switching to equipoise

Week 16-20
Test E- tapering up to the 800 range
Eq- between 300 and 375

Week 20-24
Test E- slow taper
Eq- slow taper
Oral for ending cycle- undecided, likely superdrol (possibly at a higher dose for only 2 weeks this time) as this is a dry cycle. Anadrol is my only other go to oral but prefer it for bulking. Dono if winny is smart at my age or for this cycle.

Anavar on hand for occasionally pre workout pumps but the wife is on 10mg, trying to keep for her and I'll try and post progress pics of her.

OCT- Letro as needed cuz to hell with gyno tho hardly need it. Nolva on hand but hardly need it.

PCT=TRT 250mg test for 4 months

Dosages vary slightly depending on what my body is telling me.

Current weight 202, height 5 10, age 38...Body fat percentage 15 percent, tend to hold weight in chest and love handles, though chest is a strong point also. Existing gyno is there and going nowhere without surgery...

Goals- weight 210 with 10 percent bf

Can post more about diet as well but this post is already long, in short I take in roughly 200mg of protein

Typical diet consists of skim milk, chicken, ground beef (around 85-90%), potatoes, fruits, vegetables (primarily onions peppers carrots and broccoli). almonds, eggs, wheat toast, whey protein, core powers and muscle milks for on the go as well as met-rx bars, peanut butter

Thanks for the reply, as far as headaches go on the superdrol Ive had one bad one, I think it was sleep related. My main concern is, is the two week approach of running superdrol completely necessary or can one go longer at a dose of 10mg as I am on? Sleeping can be tough I take magnesium and melatonin to help with that. I take a generic mens multi vitamin, potassium. I take NAC + liver support made by "nature's craft"

All exercises I do are 4 sets, and I go to failure. (Occasionally I do additional light warm up sets to get the blood flow going). If I can't do a minimum 7 clean reps I lighten the weight and prefer to be in the 10-12 rep range. I will list all my exercises as 4x10

Chest
Flat bar 4x10
Incline bar or dumbbells 4x10
Incline cable flies 4x10
Standing one arm chest flies 4x10 (done with bands and I keep my arm straight in a downwards position squeezing across)
Dips 4x10
Machine chest press 4x10

Back
Lat pull downs
Cable rows with t bar
Standing lat pull downs
Seated machine rows (done with seat raised fully raided to focus lower back)
Bent over Olympic bar rows with a reverse grip (substituted every other week with bent over dumbell rows on the flat bench)

Arms
Standing bicep curls
Tricep rope press down
Preacher curls(machine)
Tricep overhead rope press
Single arm standing bicep curls (with the cables at shoulder height)

Alternate in single arm tricep press downs, skull crushers, and different variations of standing curls.

Legs
Plate loaded leg press
Plate loaded squat (machine with shoulder pads and back support)
Leg extensions
Hamstring curls (laid down position)
Standing calf raises (machine with shoulder pads)

Shoulders
Dumbell shoulder press
Front and side deltoid raises done in the same set
Seated rear delt machine
Dumbell shrugs
Shoulder press machine (alternate inner grip)
Cable upright rows (stopping somewhere between upper chest, below chin)

Well So should have clarified...Sorry new to blogging. I do 2 sets before those 4 to failure but they're strictly blood flow warm up sets. 20 reps about each set but no it's not to fatigue me. I just wake up the muscles and then the idea is by the time I get to my 4th set of failure, 30 lbs feels like 40+ pounds of resistance to my body and thus causing less stress while giving the same results. I might be overthinking tho and this was an approach taught to me from a guy that used to train and won NPC new England in 2012. However he's a bit older than me and a much bigger guy who always preaches to me to listen to my body. So he certainly never told me his approaches are for everyone.

I'm more than open to new approaches tho buddy, thank you. As I said earlier the headaches have been next to none. BP ranges from 120-90 to 140-90. It doesn't go above that unless I have anxiety. I've had anxiety since a teenager so that + roids just is what it is. I've been on BP Meds for years

Lastly my doctor has told me several times my BP has never concerned her that I HAVE to be on BP meds but she recommended a small amount for anxiety and for helping with sleeping. It has fortunately helped with that some

@trenhex no need to apologize bro ;) EVO family supports you, everyone was new here at one point.

the training approach actually makes sense for your setup. Those high-rep warmups aren’t about fatigue, just priming the muscle so lighter weight hits harder when it counts. If your goal is to get max tension without going heavy, then making 30 feel like 40 by pre-pumping the muscle can work well.
BUT keep an eye on how it affects your overall recovery and don't be afraid to tweak volume if things start to feel off, I would tweak volume almost every week to match the situation. That's why we here to support you.

The BP issue, can you measure bP for a week and post please

Typical diet consists of skim milk, chicken, ground beef (around 85-90%), potatoes, fruits, vegetables (primarily onions peppers carrots and broccoli). almonds, eggs, wheat toast, whey protein, core powers and muscle milks for on the go as well as met-rx bars, peanut butter

Hi guys, posted once but didn't do a log so here we go.
My cycles are 6 months long as my PCT consists of TRT now that I am 38, I don't feel like 3 month cycles are worth it so I prefer to start low dosages and work up. I'm just starting week 8 by the way. Pics are current.

Week 1-8
Mast p-80mg
Test p-160mg
Tren ace-80mg
Test-250mg

(Converting tren ace to tren ace by mixing them for 10 days until dropping ace altogether)

Week 8-10
Test E 400mg
Tren hex 150mg
Superdrol 10mg (immediately getting better pumps and vascularity)

Week 10-12
Test E- getting up to 600mg by the end of week 12
Tren hex- getting up to 200mg by week 12
Superdrol-15mg week 11
20mg week 12

Week 12-16
Test E-tapering up to the 750 range
Tren hex tapering up to the 300 range (not as sensitive to tren as some others but I'll take this one in stride)
Start tapering off hex and switching to equipoise

Week 16-20
Test E- tapering up to the 800 range
Eq- between 300 and 375

Week 20-24
Test E- slow taper
Eq- slow taper
Oral for ending cycle- undecided, likely superdrol (possibly at a higher dose for only 2 weeks this time) as this is a dry cycle. Anadrol is my only other go to oral but prefer it for bulking. Dono if winny is smart at my age or for this cycle.

Anavar on hand for occasionally pre workout pumps but the wife is on 10mg, trying to keep for her and I'll try and post progress pics of her.

OCT- Letro as needed cuz to hell with gyno tho hardly need it. Nolva on hand but hardly need it.

Very interesting layout and approach to this cycle/blast. Not something I recommend to anyone else but I am definitely interested to follow along. I don't recommend cycles/blasts going more than 12 weeks for health reasons. Especially with compounds like tren and superdrol. That being said, I hope you crush this brother!
 
Hey guys I appreciate all the feedback. I'm definitely not arguing with anyone that 6 months is too long. And the superdrol may only be run for 2 weeks. The taper two four weeks as depending on how I feel. Remember the first 2 months I were barely on higher than trt dosages., every 8 days with EOD pinning it was 80mg of tren ace, 80mg mast p of s nice AI, and 160 of prob. 250 mg of test. So a total of 410 test and very small amounts of tren (imo 20mg of tren eod is a mild dose). However I'm not saying it's a efficient either. The test was at 250mg per week for 5 months of pct prior to a 6 month cycle. I should have tapered the test e down some when I jumped on the tri blend to taper even slower. I get 6 months is a long time...but where the highest test I'll hit is 800mg and then slowly taper down to trt dosages I just find I keep more gains than this on and off constant PCT shit. For istsnce, deca is most powerful around week 8, what do you do then? You don't taper down slowly or stop at a high dose. You eat up those gains at minimal doses for long periods of time. This is just me and seems to be very popular now. People are even pinning cyp every day to keep levels more stable.

Thatbeing said I will take and listen to all advice and appreciate it and I can't wait for this tren hex to kick in nice. Shud be a nice conversion from the svr. Normally id run tren 2 months at a time but the hex lined up nice with the ace so but of course I won't win 6 months of tren, I'll end with test e EQ and the oral is undecided. Anavar doesn't seem to be worth it but idk. Just like it for pre workout.
 
@trenhex no need to apologize bro ;) EVO family supports you, everyone was new here at one point.

the training approach actually makes sense for your setup. Those high-rep warmups aren’t about fatigue, just priming the muscle so lighter weight hits harder when it counts. If your goal is to get max tension without going heavy, then making 30 feel like 40 by pre-pumping the muscle can work well.
BUT keep an eye on how it affects your overall recovery and don't be afraid to tweak volume if things start to feel off, I would tweak volume almost every week to match the situation. That's why we here to support you.

The BP issue, can you measure bP for a week and post please
THanks for the advice on the sets. For instance Esther than bench 250 for ten on on set 2 of ,4. 'ill often rip 15 reps after already warming up. So I'm going for more of a pump.

I can keep an eye on the BP, my wife's s nurse I just gotta make sure she brings home the big enough ones the small ones screw up my blood pressure. I'll get the going asap and track on here
