@trenhex that is a long cycle. make sure you are using your support supplements. i don't see them listed on here
I have to do better with that. I I take NAC +over support, drink s lot of water, talked multivatimins, potassium, electrolytes all day one baby aspirin every more id where I'm at. All different PCT and Oct is on hand but that's all last minute for me
 
Very interesting layout and approach to this cycle/blast. Not something I recommend to anyone else but I am definitely interested to follow along. I don't recommend cycles/blasts going more than 12 weeks for health reasons. Especially with compounds like tren and superdrol. That being said, I hope you crush this brother!
I appreciate that and I'm with you, I wouldn't recommend this cycle to anyone either. But I'm excited as ice run dbol, winny, Anavar, anadrol already, so I felt superdrol was the next to to

And I've run deca, EQ, so much. As well as run tren e and tren ace that I'm giving this tren hex a go, if sleep gets to fucked up I'll sit on the hex for a cpl months and get some EQ on order stat lol
 
@trenhex no need to apologize bro ;) EVO family supports you, everyone was new here at one point.

the training approach actually makes sense for your setup. Those high-rep warmups aren’t about fatigue, just priming the muscle so lighter weight hits harder when it counts. If your goal is to get max tension without going heavy, then making 30 feel like 40 by pre-pumping the muscle can work well.
BUT keep an eye on how it affects your overall recovery and don't be afraid to tweak volume if things start to feel off, I would tweak volume almost every week to match the situation. That's why we here to support you.

The BP issue, can you measure bP for a week and post please
Good call on that and yes I def tweak the volume up per exercise. Standing arm warm up bicep curls (for the two warm up sets would typically be 15s for 20 reps. Sets 1 and 2 are going to be in the 30 pound range with 3 and 4 fatiguing out with the 40s (just an example). If I don't get at least at least 7 non cheating clean reps on my fatigue sets I will lighten weight). Any less than 7 clean reps and the blood flow just isn't their for me.

I don't see much more muscle gain and certainly not cuts from riipping the 50 or 55s even if I'm curling them for 10 reps I think it's unnecessary strain. But maybe not...I am thick but not a huge guy by genetics

Hi guys, posted once but didn't do a log so here we go.
My cycles are 6 months long as my PCT consists of TRT now that I am 38, I don't feel like 3 month cycles are worth it so I prefer to start low dosages and work up. I'm just starting week 8 by the way. Pics are current.

Week 1-8
Mast p-80mg
Test p-160mg
Tren ace-80mg
Test-250mg

(Converting tren ace to tren ace by mixing them for 10 days until dropping ace altogether)

Week 8-10
Test E 400mg
Tren hex 150mg
Superdrol 10mg (immediately getting better pumps and vascularity)

Week 10-12
Test E- getting up to 600mg by the end of week 12
Tren hex- getting up to 200mg by week 12
Superdrol-15mg week 11
20mg week 12

Week 12-16
Test E-tapering up to the 750 range
Tren hex tapering up to the 300 range (not as sensitive to tren as some others but I'll take this one in stride)
Start tapering off hex and switching to equipoise

Week 16-20
Test E- tapering up to the 800 range
Eq- between 300 and 375

Week 20-24
Test E- slow taper
Eq- slow taper
Oral for ending cycle- undecided, likely superdrol (possibly at a higher dose for only 2 weeks this time) as this is a dry cycle. Anadrol is my only other go to oral but prefer it for bulking. Dono if winny is smart at my age or for this cycle.

Anavar on hand for occasionally pre workout pumps but the wife is on 10mg, trying to keep for her and I'll try and post progress pics of her.

OCT- Letro as needed cuz to hell with gyno tho hardly need it. Nolva on hand but hardly need it.

PCT=TRT 250mg test for 4 months

Dosages vary slightly depending on what my body is telling me.

Current weight 202, height 5 10, age 38...Body fat percentage 15 percent, tend to hold weight in chest and love handles, though chest is a strong point also. Existing gyno is there and going nowhere without surgery...

Goals- weight 210 with 10 percent bf

Can post more about diet as well but this post is already long, in short I take in roughly 200mg of protein

Typical diet consists of skim milk, chicken, ground beef (around 85-90%), potatoes, fruits, vegetables (primarily onions peppers carrots and broccoli). almonds, eggs, wheat toast, whey protein, core powers and muscle milks for on the go as well as met-rx bars, peanut butter

Interesting I'm disappointed to hear that as it seemed to get the best reviews. No updates only pinned hex for the third time today, superdrol pump initial was great and Im going with 10mg as I had mentioned the goal is to get a nice blast of strength gain. But unless this second week is amazing then it's not worth the hype in my opinion. Im hoping my 4 week approach (week 3 at 15mg and week 4 at 20mg) will work out. If my sleep is alright and the worst thing I experience is minor headaches im ok with that. I'll post some pics and lift updates in a week or so and then do so regularly (initial pics are working the last few days). The only thing I can say for sure is at 10mg (first time drol user) the superdrol gave me gains on any Olympic presses/staple lifts (shoulder press, bench, squat, leg press etc.) with 3-4 days. Overall more explosion and pump within 24 hours.

Thanks buddy I haven't had any issues with long cycles but you're right these are some strong compounds to take for a while. I'll likely kick the superdrol after two weeks. And come back to it later with a higher dose as I feel I could go higher than 10mg. I think I'll get better results that way rather than try and push the drol longer at this time

@trenhex sounds like you're giving Superdrol a fair shot and being smart with the dose ramp, but I'd stay low dose. 10mgs is a good entry and if you’re already seeing strength and explosion in big lifts, that’s a solid sign.
Sleep and minor headaches are manageable if the results keep climbing but i would still be concerned about superdrol headaches.

Just keep tracking the lifts and pics so we know exactly what’s changing.

Ok so I I have an update. This week I'll track my lifts very closely as we're just nearing the end of the drol. Shirtless pics I was around 198 10 days ago. This pic taken today I'm 205. Spent Thurs and Friday fishing for big game, So I wasn't lifting but I was hauling heavy gear and walking everywhere. Diet was not perfect unfortunately it was hard to bring meal preps while carrying mad fishing gear thru miles of trails. The good part is that it was cardio and damn was I sore it was intense fishing. So for those curious about cardio I scout and hike trails for fishing once a weekend. 3-4 miles while carrying gear. I don't know if that's enough or proper but I take it as cardio for now.

Doesn't look like the superdrol is drying me out tho (it's legit brand)...but I was also too small in the 190s. Lemme know what u think guys and of course, I'm open to anything good, bad, or indifferent for opinions and advice. Just trying to further educate myself. Have some good gym sesh's this weekend guys.

@trenhex you look good in the pic, strong for 10 days ago. Interested to see how you do within a few weeks.

If you do cardio 1 time per week thats perfect, but you should be doing cardio every day, pre and post training, at least 15min pre and 15min post.

Supderol is not good I think its best to use winstrol, less headaches and pains.

@trenhex any type of fishing like that most certainly is a ton of calories burned and a lot of exercise man. i surf fish and i wade out to the sand bar to toss the line far. and have to swim back. that in itself is a ton of exercise

Nah it's cool I fish the Merrimack river and Connecticut river if going for cats. I live in New England so those are my best options for cats and 40 pounder is beast bro congrats! Musta pulled drag like sumin' else
