Oh cops and fishing yeah....they throw their weight around a little if they're pissy and call fish and game 🤣...I can't fish anywhere secluded without them showing up to see if I'm doing drugs.

Yeah the fightings insane, my skinny friend got ground and pounded on the pavement to the point he needed eye surgery....I was mad I wasn't there, but maybe it's good I wasn't idk...poor guy...was all over jealousy of a trophy he caught that died and he couldn't have stopped it from happening. Anyways you should check out iceshanty.com and myfishfinder.com for some cool fish blogging. I'm on both of there. Lots of great info on those but more the ice side.

Onto my lifts I gotta paint all day today as we're selling our house. Had a good leg day pump yesterday, started with one plate on leg press and worked my way up to 6 plates per side with resistance bands to make it feel much, heavier. Finding a lot of benefits to bands making it so I don't have to load up 16+ plates etc ya know. Hope everyone kills it and I'll track my lifts all this week. We'll see how she goes
yeah i like fishing as a hobby but man it attracts a lot of low class people too.

painting is a damn good workout lol. just be careful and don't fall off a ladder. i did that years ago hanging a satellite dish. resistance bands are good. i use them for loosening up my back
 
I appreciate the compliment on strength i def at least get stronger.. I've done Winny and I like it but I heard superdrol gives you a nice dry look which I'm going for. Gonna modify the workouts and diet a bit on the next 2 week blast. Taking two weeks of drol starting tomorrow and then I'll run another 2 weeks at 20mg as opposed to ten. Lemme know your thoughts on that approach.

All my connects say take it easy with winstrol as I'm 38 now which I know I'm not an old man but at the same time been lifting since 13 (bad form as a teen unfortunately was basically self taught). I also have some issues with the discs in my back. Superdrol isn't giving me those painful back pumps. this is a long cycle so there will be a longer than 2 week oral cycle at the end that I'll take. Maybe I'll run some winny then. The podcast I haven't tuned in yet actually thanks for mentioned that so I will bro!

I finally got a good medical plan so I will be a chiropractor who gave me spinal x rays and said I def don't need surgery and he can fix me but that I'm disc on disc on the lower discs and the middle discs are closer than shud be and upper is fine. With these issues I just get hesitant with winny being know as being tough on the joints. But maybe I gotta educate myself on that compound more.

Thanks for the input on that buddy. Well the ending oral is gonna be interesting what I go with 🤔...it will be after I hop off the hex and get on the EQ for the last 1/3 of the cycle...around then is when I'll switch the oral. And what your saying makes sense because I put noticeable size on in ten days but it was more of an enhanced dbol feeling almost. Idk at least I can experience it all first hand so I know. (Once again this is why I always start low dosages and take a less is more approach until I see how my body reacts to the compound or when I feel it has to be upped, don't want anyone thinking I'm playing chemist and being unsafe).

Oh ya, connects was a weird way to put it...I meant bodybuilders I've networked with in the past in the gym. There was always just a stigma about it drying your joints out a lot and just taking extra caution on heavy lock out lifts etc as I heard it can be tough on your tendons. I didn't experience that but I haven't run winny since my late 20s. I was just mentioning a downside I "heard" about winny. I'm not saying it's factual or not.

Not that a pic of a trail would really give anything away but it's kinda fishing code I can't do that but good questions tho. I do about 3 miles in trail hiking every weekend. Carrying two 10foot big water ugly sticks, a 6 foot bass whipping rod a bucket full of live or dead bait, and large saltwater tackle box. Usually I have to stop a couple times. Fishing always consists of a long day of getting in and out of the water, usually falling and taking some bumps (lol), and reeling in fairly heavy saltwater gear and often fighting fish all day. The next day your forearm kills from reeling line/fighting fish, carrying gear and my legs are sore from the walking. Trails are generally fairly easy hiking grounds however. Occasionally I'll take a weekend off if I to for lifting purposes. Ice fishing is a whole nother ball game of set up and break down...
@trenhex that is a lot of stuff to carry! def burn up a lot of cals. its a workout in itself
 
Thanks I appreciate that. Ya know maybe my sources were just bad (product is good reputable brand) when it came to expectations. I was told it doesn't tend to bloat your back up with the same pains dbol can (so I wanted to try it out). Also have done anadrol. What's your suggestion for a cycle ending oral? Take care
i would do tbol or anavar. something more mild after superdrol.

yeah tudca is good, but n2guard is the best. you can buy that on ebay or n2bm .. n2guard has lots of tudca already
 
Tbol is the only one I haven't tried. I do like Anavar for the pumps it gives but Ive always used it as a pre workout. Maybe I shud run it for 8 weeks on my next cycle as I hear it peaks around week 6-8. Probly start my dose around 30mg and work up to 60 potentially...
tbol is good. its a solid option but very mild

Ok so I I have an update. This week I'll track my lifts very closely as we're just nearing the end of the drol. Shirtless pics I was around 198 10 days ago. This pic taken today I'm 205. Spent Thurs and Friday fishing for big game, So I wasn't lifting but I was hauling heavy gear and walking everywhere. Diet was not perfect unfortunately it was hard to bring meal preps while carrying mad fishing gear thru miles of trails. The good part is that it was cardio and damn was I sore it was intense fishing. So for those curious about cardio I scout and hike trails for fishing once a weekend. 3-4 miles while carrying gear. I don't know if that's enough or proper but I take it as cardio for now.

Doesn't look like the superdrol is drying me out tho (it's legit brand)...but I was also too small in the 190s. Lemme know what u think guys and of course, I'm open to anything good, bad, or indifferent for opinions and advice. Just trying to further educate myself. Have some good gym sesh's this weekend guys.

I hear ya...it's time bro!

So I'm in the middle of week 9 and obviously my plan shows me doing 6 weeks of the superdrol at a lose dose,that didn't feel right (as well as all I read from you guys and other sources, I decided to keep it at 2 weeks). I had enuff Anavar come in so I can run that at 50mg on pre workout days for few a weeks until more come in and then i figured id run it at 50mg for 6 more weeks Daily. I just started the Anavar about 5 days ago as I gave myself about 5 days off of the superdrol and called it good and hopped on the var as its quite mild and I'm on nac + milk thistle. Tren hex currently at 140 and test E at 440mgs.

Trying to work on that low belly fat and their ain't no excuse other than I gotta be better. Trying to sell my house ain't no excuse by re building this thing while cooking for everyone sucks. However that's gonna be the key to worthwhile cycle or not because the gym time dedication is no issue for me. I'll also clean up the diet but I think i was way in the wrong thinking superdrol and mk were a good combo to shred fat. Nothing wrong with those products but I put mass on and fast. Water retention from both products was not helping.

Gonna up the test tren soon, only a little.. best gains size and strength wise have been in biceps, back, chest, and traps

Right now the goal is no more excuses dietary wise, I already older a bunch of pre made meals from fuel meals for when I need them. I cooked chicken, steak, beef by the pounds and I got that all good go for a 6 meals a day the next week few days. And I'm gonna start doing jogs. Two 1.5 mile jogs for cardio not to kill myself just for my and lose some bf. Although my friend who done powerlifting but also leaned out for things like track said he feels spring might do me good. And I'm thinking maybe they wud but at 38 I'ma need to warm up with the joking. Used to be able to do 5 miles jogs in 50 mins smhhh

Your pics look good, shaky sure but you are looking great as a base. It sounds like you’re finally locking in the missing piece with that diet. Smart call cutting the superdrol short and sliding into Anavar, especially with NAC and milk thistle in play, though you should have N2guard in this game.

Test and tren are solid where they’re at and even a small bump will keep progress moving if the food and cardio stay consistent.
Having prepped food and getting in those light jogs will help strip that fat over the next few weeks. You’ve got the size, now it’s just time to bring in the detail. Stay steady and keep doing the work. @trenhex

@trenhex superdrol is the shittiest steroid i have ever ran. felt like trash on it. but it did give me insane strength in a short time

In my closing of this cycle I was actually going to finish off my superdrol (as I ordered a small amount in 10mg dose). and comment basically what you said I mean idk if I would say it sucks for a power lifter or something it could be a great steroid. Not for bodybuilding. It's Toxic, and the gains come, but also go, crazy fast....but I appreciate the input and this was the input I got from you and everyone else from the start. I would not repeat.

I came across this compound for free so I and wanted to safely give it a shot, but it's not gonna do what I want from it. Def will like you said, throw a couple reps on top of some of your PRs,.... But these likely will be very temporary gains.
