Hey all,

If there is an ISP block from certain providers resulting in an error page from TGA displaying when visiting the UGL OZ web site, please try one of the steps below to get around it.

These are 5 separate solutions, you don't have to do all of them. Just find the one that works for you and you're good to go.

Solution #1. Changing from WiFi to cell data (you might also have to clear cache).

Solution #2. Switching to your browser's private mode will work for most people.

Solution #3. Use a VPN! Try mullvad.net or Proton VPN.

Solution #4. Visit your phone's app store, search for the TOR browser and download the app. Try visiting the site using the TOR browser.

Solution #5. If you're familiar with doing so, updating your DNS to 1.1.1.1 (cloudflare) and 8.8.8.8 (google) will work, or using the Cloudflare warp app (https://1.1.1.1).

If you are still having trouble, please send an email to [email protected] and we will help get you sorted :)

You’re saying some Australian ISPs block sites? Is this common there?

Freedom for Aussie brothers! :)

internet censorship is unfortunately a thing in Australia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_censorship_in_Australia

regulatory bodies like our friends at the TGA can make requests to enforce such censorship. thankfully the censorship systems in place are quite rudimentary and can be bypassed easily. it also depends on whether your ISP or data provider has chosen to implement the request at all. for many, it doesn't make a difference and simply goes unnoticed largely due to the increased popularity of VPNs and similar tools ;)

Not to get off topic too much. But would be great to get steroids at least decriminalized worldwide.
We just want to build our bodies. :)
Everyone has a kink, this is ours, muscles.

That would be a blessing. Yes It's my kink, to build the body I want

i completely agree brother. i don't want to open up a whole new can of worms but with certain crowds constantly advocating for "personal choice and body autonomy" these days, we could use the same argument for our rights to use AAS/PEDs to pursue our fitness and health goals without the fear of legal repercussions.

what's surprising is the lack of education surrounding their use as most people automatically associate "it's illegal" with "it's bad" which is simply untrue. they don't realise that legalising their use would benefit more than just bodybuilders and has the potential to help countless people dealing with chronic illnesses or expedite recovery from injuries / surgeries. for many, finding underground suppliers has been a last resort after the 'accepted' treatments have failed them which ultimately lead them to seek out alternatives. it’s been life changing for them.

decriminalising their use would not only promote a healthier approach but also help reduce the stigma surrounding them - clearing up much of the misunderstanding and misinformation that circulates about their use which is likely what led to their criminalisation in the first place.

you'd assume that the extensive research that has been conducted over what's now been decades would already justify a reform, yet here we are... still battling TGA blocks :P

This worked at first but now wants payment.
Is there a free version available for IOS?

If you search for "TOR browser" in the app store there will be a few different options that are free, but just want to clarify that you don't need to use TOR software specifically. As @Seventieschild suggested, using a VPN would be the easiest solution.

ProtonVPN is a free option or you can download Cloudflare's WARP app (https://one.one.one.one/). Both are available for free in the iOS app store :)

Hi AJ, I have tried multiple times to pay via bitcoin but the link to btcpay doesn’t allow me to scroll down to copy/paste your wallet address. It freezes every time on my iPhone. When I email you it bounces back every time. I sent you a msg via your website but judging from my luck so far I’m not expecting you to get it. So here I am just chasing your wallet address to finalise payment for order #34824. Thank you! 👌🏽

Hi mate, I received your email and tried 3x new and different separate orders as you suggested and the same thing happened every time. I sent a reply via your email and it bounced back hence my response here. Any other suggestions?

Hey brother,

We're not experiencing any issues receiving emails but this may be an edge case associated with your email provider as it is ISP issued - the bounce backs are likely related to he TGA block. If you have access to an alternate email account (hotmail, gmail, protonmail, etc) you shouldn't have any issues sending us an email: [email protected]

In the meantime, I've emailed you the payment information associated with your order so that you can make payment directly.

@UGL OZ Support Rep has sent you a DM too - feel free to reach out if you need anything else!
