lets start with opening pics and weight
i have been eating and eating and eating because i have gotten away with being thicker and still being in demand when i go out in fact, they prefer it and yes they still focus on my body fur not my muscle.
but i stepped on the scale last night at

pounds. That's way in my danger zone of the 200-225 fatty territory.
this morning i made a egg turkey cheese sandwich and still made pancakes too.
the last 7 pounds happened in less than two weeks.
just a few months ago i was 185-189 with a low of 182. very cut.
then 188-192 ignored that. then firmly inthe 190s. and now look.
i'm not even eating very much i mean less than most people eat.
maybe these work outs are making me hungrier and certainly i like the thicker beefier up body look that comes with it.. but this has to stop.

i want a tight waist and flat stomach on the beach.
a gradual approach won't work. i need drastic measures.

it doesn't look terrible but its puffy and undefined.
i mean i can that i look hot by the stands of my peers but for my own desire to wear a tight tank top .... and i have been round and round about diet on this log.
but food is yummy and soothing like drug

like it or not i need to burn some calories

Can you do fasted cardio every day? 15-20 minutes high intensity

And avoid the sugary food. You will get there

Drop the carbs and just go high protein/fat until you leave. After 3-4 weeks fat will fall off. Bet you could easily lose 20lbs.

i'll start the fasting walks . that really worked. it's just summer just suddenly vanished and we went right into cold dreary. ( well no it's not north dakota or buffalo , but still...
informant scream let go for a walk lol.

yes fasted walks do work
commit to doing it every single day even if it's for a short time
 
you gotta cut out those donuts lol
same goes for all junk food you know what to do
 
I think you got good genetics
if you just forget about the crappy food then you'll lean up fast

we're going to help you achieve your goals don't worry
 
losing 13 lbs and 13 weeks is a realistic goal
but you have to really commit to it
 
definitely daily cardio is going to be important
you definitely need to update us and make sure you're hitting your markers
