Typical week includes warm up bike/ pull apart bands, j curls,
assist ( bands) pull ups , RDLs, bench, arnold's, incline, fly's and reverse flys, Dead, reverse lunge, landmind, , dumbbell row, step up, front raise, ankle band steps knee band steps, tri push tri kickback, standing shoulder press, so pretty well rounded and all done in a defunct bank lobby while the new space is under construction.

recently, because i think he likes seeing me happy , he's added these assorted core moves .... on the mat wrapping our legs around and passing the ball. or back to back passing the ball around a circled, or planking face to face with alernate hand slaps,
