Approved Log The ups & downs on the journey- time to get back to it cycle Log

Sauce

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
Hey all,

So i'm new to logging, but i'll give a breakdown of what i've used/done in the past, and where I plan to move forward from here.

I'm not starting this yet, as i'm currently working some stuff out in other areas- financially with job, housing and some health endevours, but just having it ready to keep myself accountable.

I'll post some pics up when home from work, as well as more details, like measurments etc. it's gonna be a shitty start

Everything I use (peptides/gear/etc) will be using Raptor Labs. Will be supplying bloodwork and lift progression/changes, as well as measurements and overall results.

I'm more interested in a lean, healthy physique, with balance in my life. Wasn't always like this, being jacked was all I cared about, but things change! Balance is key- i've done too many extremes.

Stats:
23, 5'11", 79ish KG. Currently i'd estimate 11% bodyfat
B: 125 x 2
D: 170 x 1 iirc
S: unsure (been a while)
OHP: 75 x 6 iirc
Don't really go for low rep range maxes.

Goals:
Gain size (i'm too light), 10%-12% bodyfat year round, functional joints/tendons, low risk use.
Unfortunately- I have a heart condition- so pushing the envelope isn't something that interests me, however I absolutely want to excel on a physical level, with as minimal danger as possible to longevity.

History:
21yo, running a basic test cycle/var, then another with Primobolan. Got up to 90kg lean, was strong, but unfit and unhealthy. Diet was IIFYM. I did a cut towards tail end of this, and became obssessed with MMA training and cardio in various forms.

Following cycle #2, I was unable to recover hormonal function. PCT'd many times. I realise now it was because of being too lean, and training way, way too much.

But- I hopped back on Test and Masteron, got the most shredded i'd been at 80kg, and was extremely fit, fast and strong here. Felt like shit though, was struggling with volume eating/binge eating and overall not enjoying it.

Came off again (idiot), test obviously didn't recover, felt like shit for a year, basically every area of my life was misery and I was in a really bad spot. Job changed, life got busy, shit got out of hand. Really bad time for me.
Got skinny fat (same weight, just swapped muscle with fat!), depressed, miserable.

Finally got a bit more steady in life- Got back in touch some guys from another forum, and lo and behold, Raptor Labs got me sorted.
Test P= 200ng/dL to 2000+, alongside some Tirzepatide came my way.

In the 5ish months since, i've got back to lean, my mental state is 50x better, i'm on the up and up, and i'm figuring out the areas that I let fall behind during that year of misery.

Plans:
Currently on 200T, 100M, and Tirzepatide to deal with the eating disorder I gave myself- and although makes me feel 'meh' mentally- it is worth it- because I was struggling.

Lost all the skinnyfat bullshit, snapped out of my shitty mindset, and back to it.
Currently not tracking calories, recomp has been excellent, almost as strong as I was when heavier, and finding a good balance in life.

Moving forward, within the next short while, i'll be:
- Swapping Masteron for Primobolan
- Tracking calories again (eating disorder so stopped), lifts and body measurements
- DEXA scanning every 8 weeks
- Running a 2:1 ratio, Test:Primo, with small increases as required, or every 4-8 weeks, maxing out when bloodwork indicates issues.
- Keeping Tirzepatide in the mix, but tapering slowly as calories increase. I can out eat it anyway, it just helps the binge eating.

I have no interest in excessive damage to my heart, mind or balance- i've done extremes and as fun as they can be- long term they aren't good for me, so i'll keep it at that.

I do want to do an aggressive cut with Reta and Tren A (70-140mg PW) at some point, just to really see how I can push it- but this will be risky and i'll need to decide what's worth it at the time.

For now, that's everything as condensed as I can make it.

Any questions, ask.

Feel free to contribute whatever- i'm ALWAYS open for advice, tips and input- and happy to help where I can.

My mindset, goals and lifestyle has changed, and being young- continues to do so.
But no matter what changes i'm not going back to Low T 🤣
FUCK. THAT.

The journey continues!

your hormones are still changing so obessing over where they are at makes no sense. you don't finish fully developing until your late 20's

if you are gonna stay on gear you better make sure you know what you are getting into

I'm glad you decided to start this log. Definitely put up some pictures. Let's see where you're at.

Guessing your body fat is not a good idea.

We'll tell you your body fat if you post up some good pictures.

You are still very young and you're lifting years. You have many years ahead of you don't rush things.

I'm glad you got this log started.

Life is definitely a challenge. So, it's good that you acknowledge that.

Definitely, you can balance bodybuilding and real life.

Every single one of us on here, does the same thing.

I'm glad you're being honest about your age. A lot of guys don't really like Hear that someone your age is using steroids but it is what it is.

running pct over and over will not always work.

Only your body can truly recover.

A lot of people do what you do and hop back on the gear.
I get that you feel better when you're on but you can't stay on for the rest of your life.

running pct over and over will not always work.

I agree- but I did stay off for ~1 year with no luck. Gained weight, lost weight, high fat diet, low fat diet, cardio/no cardio- tried it all. Was terrible.
Extremes = abused drugs.

What are the 'health endevours'?
Mainly just simple things that i've let add up over time- non related to AAS and will not be impacted by it's use :)
A lot of people do what you do and hop back on the gear.
I get that you feel better when you're on but you can't stay on for the rest of your life.
Interesting theory, but is there any reason why this is the case? What about the large group of men on TRT, many of whom start late 20's, early 30's. Why do you believe HRT is not plausible long term, females often do it. Curious.
I'm glad you're being honest about your age. A lot of guys don't really like Hear that someone your age is using steroids but it is what it is.
Eh. I was young and foolish. I wanted faster results. Blah blah blah. I'm no idiot- I know what I did. I was naturally not gifted though, but I do regret starting when I did.
You are still very young and you're lifting years. You have many years ahead of you don't rush things.
Absolutely. I'd like to be one of those guys who rocks around in their retirement years still smashing plates and looking + feeling good. Going to extremes won't let that happen, so i'm hoping to keep it moderate and have a long term life advantage.
Guessing your body fat is not a good idea.

We'll tell you your body fat if you post up some good pictures.
Yeah you're right- it's probably way off 🤣
I honestly just go off what others say, and guess myself based off how different muscle areas look, but it's likely innacurate as I store fat in different places than others etc

Yes- unfortunately being at 200ng/dL was a bad time. I regret starting so young, but I did what I did, and I can't keep living in the past. End of the day, I was ALWAYS going to use, but I rushed it.

Thanks for the Intro!
I'll take some pics when home from work. I don't really take a shit load of pictures so this will probably be good for myself and progress monitoring.

Current diet:
95% wholefoods, carbs only from fruit, dairy and vegetables. Few 'treat' meals here and there. No tracking. No caloric goals. Just working to build healthy, longer term eating habits overall. But i'll be going back to my meal plan soon. I still overeat on portion sizing- working on it.
Cardio:
Previously was daily 20-30 minutes bike/run
Before that it was several hours of MMA daily lol.
Now- 10-30k steps daily, bike rides when not at work, swimming weekly.
Training:
Very unstructed right now. Used to follow a split, now it's moreso what I have time for (work and such), but I always do 5 x a week minimum, always have, always will.

Supplements:
A multi, that's it. My diet is pretty damn good- not tracked, but extremely high in nutrients and vitamins. All my bloodwork reflects this.

happy to have you bro ;)
and waiting on the pics, interested in your base

would be great if you can track the actualy day to day for a week and training so we can try to figure out your base and work off of that bro
that would be easier
you use an app right?
