Bear with me here, this may or may not be a novel idea and may or may not be wise. I can think of a few good reasons for bulking for the first 8-10 weeks of a cycle and then cutting for the last 2-4 weeks.

It is some people's experience, including my own limited experience, that the gains slow down around the 8-10 week mark if nothing is changed i.e. dosages, calories, additional steroids, etc. And if it is a true bulking cycle, you will likely gain a little bodyfat during that 8-10 weeks if your calories are high enough to take every advantage of the gear. So why not cut calories down for the last 2-4 weeks of the cycle? You can cut those couple pounds of bf that you put on during the cycle and then starting cutting some of the fat you already had before the cycle, all without losing much if any muscle-mass that is typical of a caloric defecit.

In essence, you take advantage of two different benefits of gear on one cycle. The ability to pack on serious strength and muscle, and the ability to cut fat while staying anabolic.

Here's a simple example of what I mean.

Week 1-5:
Test p 700mgs/wk
Dianabol 40mgs/day

Weeks 6-8:
Test p 700mgs/week.

Weeks 9-12:
Test p at 525mgs/wk
Winny or var at 60mgs/day.

Calories for weeks 1-8: 5000-6000 clean.
Calories for weeks 9-12: 2750-3500 ultra-clean. Increase cardio as well.

Obviously, this wouldn't work for a 6-8 week cycle, and there are a million variations of what gear to run when and how much. But what do you guys think about the concept that I've laid forth?
 
hypothetically speaking if you were to eat 6000 calories a day you would put so much stress on your digestive health and gut that your entire body would become sick

no human being should ever eat that much. just ask Rich Piana.

it just shows how inneficient a person's body is that they would need that much food to function. the healthiest people on earth that live in the blue zones who live to 100 and never have diabetes, heart disease, obesity, stress, etc. eat between 0-2000 calories a day max.
 
750 to gram test pwk and var 30mg ED for the full cycle seems better.I really like bulking with high test also you really dont need that much calories bro

You have to remember diminishing returns, i really can't see any reason to go above 600mg/wk and even that is on the high end, specially if you start adding more compounds, for the most part, all you will increase is side effects and not gains.
 
And i forgot most important, the estrogen rebound makes things complicated... For example, say i've taken bit to much adex and now my estrogen is lower than i want, so I want to stop taking adex... But the rebound effect can actually make the situation worse.
With aromasin, you can just stop taking it for a week, adjust the dose and nothing happens.

Yeh, i really can't see any reasons to take adex over aromasin unless you have some form of allergy with exemestane.

Okkk.... I'd be using test e for 12 week length...

1-12 250 test.
1-6 50/60 mg tbol
1-12 200/400 tren e.
8-12 50mg winstrol or 60/100 mg anavar.

.25 mg caber e3d if using 400 tren. 200 prob get away without.
Ai only requires if ur a high aromatiser.

Solid easy awesome cycle.

Similar to what u have in a sense, but much better.
Reducing need to have to fk with an ai, have unbalanced hormones, acne breakups... Low/high estrogen moodiness ect.

you don't need to run test higher than 500 by itself and in a stack you can go way less

don't mix up gains with water

And you will continue to. Theres a wide variance of opinions on test dosages. Some like me prefer to run it higher and do great with it where some dont
