As you guys know threema is our preferred method of contact. It's a great app but sometimes you will find that messages aren't getting through or you aren't receiving messages on time.
Firstly to check if your threema account is sending messages okay. Create a new chat and add the contact 'Echo Test'. This is a built in contact from threema that is designed to check if your threema is sending messages okay. Send Echo Test any message. If you instantly get a message back it means you are sending messages okay and the issue is likely to other contact.
If your threema is having issues. Completely shut it down and re open the app. This can help with connectivity.
