I've ordered a new blood pressure monitor as my old one seems to of lost its reliability.

Legs tomorrow.

Squats for the 1st time in like 10 years has made me realise I have old knees. 80kg felt heavy and awkward which is waaaay under my maximum from year ago.

I think i may invest in some 5mm thick single ply sleeves.

Training has a bit slack this week. Poor excuse, but it's been fucking hot. Hit an upper, gym was dead so used it to play my music through the system so didn't record anything so off the top of my head.

Flat Bench 80 x 12 60 x 35
Cable Cross Over 15 x 10 17.5 x 10
Pull Up BW x 5 35 x 10
Chest Supported Row 60 x 10 40 x 15
Ticep Extension 35 x 15 35 x 15 35 x 15
Face Pulls I have no idea on weight. 3 sets

Gunna hit legs tomorrow as temps drop to 35 °C been 45 all week.

I've eliminated a daily redbull from my diet due to stomach issues. I'm loosing weight.

Bloods taken this morning, fasted. Await results of 250mg test.

Few food pictures. As always, not bodybuilder clean but by modern day standards, not bad.

@DEADTEAM.666 Nice food pics, best part of the log :D love it, high protein but slacking happens on training jump back in hard and do it up.

bros red bull is horrible. good job getting rid of it.

Thanks, I feel so much better without one.

I had one about 3 weeks into initally stopping having them as a bit of a treat. I won't be having another, it wasn't very enjoyable.

I've been very active outside of the gym, so not a complete loss. I look better for the extra steps and fat loss.

I may actually invest in some new scales as mine and the ones at the gym are very different readings.

I believe I needed to add more fruit and veg to my diet which I have.

I've also been supplementing super greens daily.
 
These meals. Look like something you get at a restaurant. Very nicely done.
