Approved Log TNT Blast Cycle - Upper Lower Training Log

I refuse to order steak at a restaurant they always mess it up.
I'm at that stage now. It's nice to dine out, but it's become very expensive, for what is often a mediocre meal.
 
Where's the bacon 🥓?

Im originally from England.

There aren't many things that home has to offer, but bacon is one of them.

I honestly don't really enjoy it here. It's almost... boring.
 
A few updates for you.

Firstly training.

The week commenced with Lower, and weights up across the board.

Oats

Coco pops pre training
Chicken and rice post training
Chicken and rice
Protine shake

Ladies and Gentlemen.

This is my new training log.

Due to my old one being titled TRT Log and no way of changing to something more suitable, the only option is to start again with a more relevant title.

Below is the opening of my original log.

The past weeks have been spent tidying up my diet and dropping some fat gained on my last cycle.

I have taken a week off training because of a reoccurring case of Tennis Elbow which now feels better.

My new cycle which I'll start on Monday will be Tren Ace, Mast Prop, Test Prop with Anavar pre workout.

I intend to Inject EOD as I find sides from the Tren to be minimised dramatically.

I will continue to run an upper lower off training split out lined in my original log.

As before this log is sponsored by @DofRandD who has been overly generous with giving me everything I need for this cycle as well as being a decent bloke to have a yarn with.

Ill include a picture of tonights meal, as suggested my by friend and mentor at R&D Pharma a steak cooked in butter and garlic...

Strength on upper sessions has really dropped off alot more than lower.

Dunno if it's been placebo from yesterdays jab, but fuck me ive been hungry today.

Unprepared and hungry. Diet at work was pretty slack but I was absolutely ravenous.

  • Protine shake
  • Sausage roll - all the lads eat sausage rolls, pies or pasties for "smoko" so always available in the fridge.
  • Oats
  • Chicken rice
  • Hot Dog with onions, bacon and cheese from the "Tukka Truck"
  • Coco Pops pre workout
  • Prawn pasta post work out
  • Protine shake

That's currently and I'll probably have another prawn pasta meal and a shake.

Gonna come in with the arsehole comment but it’s a bit of a stretch calling the bacon here actual bacon😂 good shout getting the coco pops in pre training🚀
