I took the day off work and did jobs in the garden that required no power. Otherwise it was a day at work cleaning up.
Weather got upto 37 °C which was shit to try and sleep in with no air conditioning. Topped up my tan nicely though.
I want the consumer unit / fuse board / house wiring up dated. I'm going to include the option to power via generator.
What i can't get my head around is how my 7KW solar system on the roof can't just be used to power my house during the day.
Anyway, I digress. Gym was shut yesterday. Food was pretty limited.
Trained legs today. Good session all bar some arrogant cunt having a chit chat, then a phone conversation on the seated leg extension machine. Gave up waiting on the prick and went home.

Frequency over volume.
If I wanted to target the rectus femoris I would prioritise leg extension in my work out not add more volume.
Im going to move it to after leg press to avoid this wanker getting in the way again. He seems to hog it as he arrives.
