I wake up at 4:00Am i start the morning off with x2 scoops of greens, 1x scoop of L-Glutamine, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. I also take milk thistle and fish oil
INJECTIONS - i micro dose daily so this is the first thing i do when i wake up after my greens concoction, 1/7 dose of 400mg test e 1/7 dose of 400mg primo.
then i’m off the the gym.
i trained chest this morning consisting of….
4x sets of dumbbell flat press, working down reps from 12,10,8,6 per set
3x sets of incline smith 8-12 reps
3x sets of iron cross 8-12 reps
3 sets of floor to ceiling cable flys 8-12 reps
Breakfast was 100grams of coco pops and x2 scoops of whey protein
MACROS -
96 grams of carbs
56.5 grams of protein
3.5 grams of fat
lunch - skyr bowl
100grams of oats
160grams zero added sugar yoghurt
30grams of whey
150grans frozen berries
MACROS -
fats - 13.4 grams
carbs - 95.8 grams
protein - 47.4 grams
SECOND TRAINING SESSION
Back and biceps (yes i train twice a day lost days)
Lat pull downs 3x sets 8-12 reps
single arm pull downs 3x sets 6-8 reps
single arm row 2 x sets till failure
dead stop barbell row 3x sets 12 reps
chest supported row 3x sets 8-12 reps
rear pec fly 2 x sets 15-20 reps
POST WORKOUT SNACK - 3 rice cakes
