what is your weight training history?

you look very RAW in those pics.

At the moment I'm not sure, started with 63kg and reached 72kg naturally and was stuck for long time. Two years ago had 3month cycle deca/test/stanozolol and reached 84KG, but lost a lot of my gains.

Today trained shoulders and chest, went to gym with empty stomach/ hungry and would say session was much more successful, good pump, increased working weight.

Dropped tamoxifen seems my issue with sensitive nipples mitigated (I hope) continue with arimidex 0.25mg EOD and lowered dose of testosterone.

10 weeks is not enough, get more gear so you can do 12-16 weeks at least.

saturday sunday eat outside what? what do you eat?

you're eating rice flakes? we need to actually know what you're eating not 'or' record it the day you eat it.
your protein is low carbs are high, you wont make any long term gains, you'll lose them.

You need 250 grams of protein 150 grams of carbs and 100grams of fat+
also you need omega 3 in your diet, you dont have any, think fish oil

training, we need sets and reps for each exercise the day you do it and what exercises you doing, to see where you're at and your cardio

If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

your protein is way too low to grow long term
diet needs major changes like adding protein and omega 3 fats and your breakfast a mess

I think you need a lot more diet work, start by posting ACTUAL diet not what you might eat especially weekends. We also want to see sets reps weights for training details as you actually train.

I think the diet is much further from what you want it to me, protein UP, omega 3 fats UP, carbs DOWN, you dont need so much carbs even if you want to grow.
