Training 7x a week and steroid use

I’m 32 years old and I am approximately 178 lbs
I’m currently training seven times a week I do it every day for between 45 and 60 Minutes like clockwork. Best way to start the day off is with my weight training and I’m heading about 20 sets per session.
My thoughts were to run 500 mg of equipoise and about 1000 mg of testosterone to get better recovery and more muscle gains.
What do you think about this strategy will it help me recover quicker from my workouts?

Have you ever used gear before? Seven days a week is not a good strategy weather taking drugs or not. You can still overtrain while using steroids.
 
You will NEVER make gains working out 7 days a week but you certainly will REGRESS.. you are never giving yourself any time to recover.. this is called OVERTRAINING... i would strongly suggest you look into that and make some serious changes because overtraining can lead to some pretty severe issues the longer you do it

A gram (1,000mg) of testosterone? Absurd.
 
Steroids don’t make you recover the way you think where you can just abuse your body if anything they can open yourself up to even more injuries
The best professional bodybuilders don’t even train seven days a week, but you can do cardio seven days a week

even if you plan to push high gear you shouldnt over train
you should use less gear and spend more time recovering imo
 
you can get away with it only if you do very light volume
 
professional athletes at every sport have days off
 
you should train harder and train less often
 
there's a secret to this you don't just train your balls off every day that's how you end up injured
 
I wouldn't do it you need to take better care of your body than that
 
you're gonna recover and grow when you train the proper way
 
7 days a week is way too much cut it down to 5 days a week
 
the problem with this is you can get away with it for a little bit then once your joints start hurting your body has no chance
 
lots of people try to train hard like that it doesn't work out usually
