Yeah, don't do that. Even though you're (I assume) working different body parts on different days, if you're working out hard your body is still being flooded with cortisol which is catabolic. Your increased cortisol from a hard leg day is still catabolic to the chest day you do on the very next day, etc. You're killing any potential gains. Muscle is created in the bedroom sleeping, not the gym. Do 3 hard days per week and on the days in between just light cardio, stretching, etc. Have one day a week that you do nothing. Every couple months or so take an entire week off. Do all of that and if you eat clean you'll be amazed with the results whether you're on gear or not.
