monstro thinks eventually if you turn pro you should just stay on
I don’t think i would be able to turn pro.
I would like to so badly. I’ve loved working out ever since I was was a kid. At the moment I’m just trying to recover from my tricep tendon and maintain size as best as I can while recovering my hormones. I will stay on gear eventually though as I love this lifestyle it brings me great joy and it’s all I have to look forward to. I don’t have a partner or anything so outside of work training is what I look forward to most. This has been the case for me since I was a kid.

Thanks for the advice. I’m a big fan of you.

bros nice update, make sure you dial in your training as you get older
This is what I’m focused on now. I want to workout intelligently so I am able to enjoy working out for as long as I can. Working out is one of the few things in life that makes me happy.

I did a similar split to that for years with success
It doesn't get boring so it's a really good one
I agree Steve it’s a fun split no doubt. I love hitting upper body and super setting antagonists body parts together gives me a great cardio workout while enabling me to stimulate my muscles with a good amount of intensity.

I would always train each muscle twice per week to be optimal. I’m still doing 20 mins of cardio 5 days per week to stay lean and improve my endurance.

keep at it bro. doing great

Some muscles should be hit once a week like shoulders . Some u can hit daily Like abs and calves

Hey guys sorry for the inactivity I’ve been sick with a case of gastrointestinal.
I am beginning to recover now and should be back to training next week.

I had originally planned to pct using nolva/clomid and hcg to recovery my natural test levels from my first cycle which I completed it quite a while ago last year in August.

I have had low test levels now since August last year. My first pct had been a failure and I had decided to try and pct again.

After a lot of thought I feel that perhaps TRT would be a good option for me. I have felt terrible mentally lately. Increased anxiety and stress, I am prone to experiencing these negative emtiontions naturally however low test had exacerbated my symptoms.

I am planning to TRT with the aim of having test levels in the high normal range for my age. I want to enjoy training again. I have hcg on hand that I could use to maintain fertility however I’m doubtful that I will ever have kids due to my mental health issues. I love the gym it has been a passion of mine for so long and I’m dedicated to the lifestyle.

What are your thoughts? Do you think this would make sense for me I am turning 27 this year so I am quite matured age wise. I have been training for a long time now and couldn’t see my life without it.

I will keep you guys updated with my training. I am running cardarine currently which I have been enjoying. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to test it out yet due to getting sick but I look forward to putting it to the test soon.

Hope you have all been well. Please feel free to give me any advice or suggestions that you feel would benefit me.

Keep grinding.

@gunelanie4987 if you insist on doing TRT lets start slow 125-150mgs testosterone/week how about that?

but your Testosterone levels you feel are bad?

they are horrible currently. Because I wasn’t able to recover from my previous cycle. I’d be happy to take 150mgs and see where that puts me at. I have attached a picture of my test levels from the bloods that I got done earlier this year.

Having normal test levels will aid me in recovery from elbow tendinitis which is what I am currently using bpc157 and tb500 to heal. Not only that I would be able to enjoy training at a high level again.

Do you use trt personally?

@gunelanie4987 I take back what I said, you need full TRT, do a self-TRT cycle asap

250mgs testosterone cypionate or enanthate/week

125mgs Monday injection
125mgs Thursday injection

This is why we have logs now we have details.

TRT is an option, is entirely up to you. Is very cheap to self manage TRT with high quality ugl gear. With numbers that low you’d also be able to get a script through a TRT clinic, would cost more but you’d get pharma grade gear.

I’ve had low test for months now close to 6 months since my cycle last year.

I had planned to try and pct a second time but I’ve been experiencing harsh mental side effects from the serms. I feel if I implement trt responsibly I can enjoy a greater quality of life while enjoying my training again.

I’d rather run ugl gear and run my own private labs. I’m not aware of any good clinics in Aus.

Are there any clinics that you would recommend
For TRT?

nothing worse then stomach problems. you might want to keep activated charcoal, stuff works great

I can’t remember which ones are good, maybe try asking the lads in the UGL OZ chat, I know someone from UGL Talk was telling me which one is good late last year but I forgot the name of the clinic.

UGL gear is absolutely fine as well, and you will have more freedom regarding doing your own blood work, setting dosages etc. I think the guy that recommended the clinic to me was using the clinic for TRT and then buying extra gear from UGL OZ to do the occasional blast.

it's possible you just need more time to recover some guys need six months or longer
