Approved Log Training and Diet - Natural Testosterone Recovery Log

Hey guys just a quick update.
My gastro issues have been getting better.
I have enjoyed the increased sleep quality that I have experienced as a result of getting sick. I haven’t needed to use my prescription sleep medication over the past few days which has been a pleasant change for me.

I’m enjoying cardarine planning to use it for 16 weeks and then I’ll cycle off and perhaps use sr9009. I am implementing my trt protocol tomorrow.
250mg test e administered over 2 injections
125mg Sunday
125mg thursday.

Still using bpc 157 and tb500 to recovery my tricep tendon.

I trained back today and have been enjoying the increased endurance that I am getting from cardarine at 20mg per day dosed morning and afternoon 10mg each dose.

I didn’t train overly hard today as I’m trying to ease back into a find routine before my test levels begin to approach the reference range again.

Planning to hit legs tomorrow followed by 2 days off I will still do cardio on my off days.

Hope you guys are well and have been keeping up with the grind.

Take care

so it's very important to get your stomach issues resolved
I honestly would do an Elimination Diet and start figuring out what foods you're intolerant to

Might want to look into the FODMAP diet list and start eliminating ones high on the list. A healthy gut is absolutely important to live a normal life and to help prevent disease

I am planning to begin incorporating the vertical diet into my lifestyle.
I have been eating a large amount of green vegtables over the past few years. I have been following the approach that Greg Doucette recommends. Consuming a Large amount of low-calorie dense foods. This has been beneficial however I have developed bloating as a result and given that now I am focused on improving my body composition once again I need to ensure good digestion. I will keep you guys updated on my vertical diet meals throughout the week.

Hope you have been well also Steve.

Sounds like a good plan

some vegetables like broccoli for example can cause gas

try some digestive enzymes they will help

I like to have some papaya or pineapple that's a good plan

great update here

Hey guys hope you have all been well and progressing with your goals.

I just wanted to provide you guys with an update on how I have been doing.
I have been on trt for the past 12 weeks.
I had been injecting 125mgs of test E twice per week for a total dose of 250 mgs per week.

After getting blood work I decided to decrease my trt dose down to 200mg due my Ostradial becoming high.

I have been on 200mg of test 2 for the past 6 weeks, I have been maintaining muscle and increasing strength on most of my main movements.

I feel so much better since commencing trt and feel this was the right decision for me given my crashed test levels as a result of my first cycle last year and failed PCT attempt.

I truly love the bodybuilding lifestyle it has provided me with such a great outlet for my mental health.

Going forward I would like to drop bodyfat while holding onto as much size as possible. I am a hard-gainer so it has taken me a long time to achieve the level of muscularity that I have currently.

-I am currently using test e 200 mgs per week injecting Monday and Thursday
-cardarine 20mgs per day
600mg Injectable L carnitine occasionally for increased pumps and endurance.
10 mg of Cialis for better pumps and blood pressure management.

I have recently introduced an appetite suppressant into my regime.
I am running Retaluturide currently at 4mg weekly injections.

I only added in this compound 1 week ago and started with a 2mg dose. I did not experience much of an appetite suppressant effect from 2mg so hoping upping my dose will help me manage my hunger.

I work as a nurse and I am required to work shift work.

I struggle with binge eating when working night shifts as the shift is 10 hours and it can be difficult to get a break to consume a meal. I have been overeating after my shifts due to going for 8-10 hours without eating despite having hit my macros in my eating window. This has caused my fat loss to halt.

I am doing cardio at 20 minutes per day and lifting weights 6 days per week following a push-pull legs routine which I enjoy and look forward to each day.

I am 27 years old and thinking about experimenting with a low dose of GH to aid in recovery and fat loss.
I am thinking of running 2 UI per day dosed at night to help enhance my sleep or before fasted cardio.

what are your thoughts on this?
Do you think this would be a good addition to my cycle to lose body fat while maintaining muscle?

I would like to blast next year when at a good level of leanness.

I still would like to be a 5 to 10 kgs bigger ideally which I believe would be achievable for me despite being a hard gainer.

I have patience and truly love everything related to training.

I have attached updated progress pics and blood work results if you are interested in taking a look.

Thank for you checking out my post and feel free to provide me with any feedback.

My current Macros are
210 protein
350 carbs
38 fat

I enjoy a higher carb/ protein diet as it helps me perform cardio at a higher intensity and I stick to carb sources that digest well for me such as potatoes and rice. Higher-fat meals tend to bloat me I save my higher-fat meals for before bed.

all of us on here I would say 99% have to juggle work life with gym life
you can complicate it further with having a family that you have to spend time with or juggling a social life or even being single and dating

it's something you have to work on if you're able to balance time because some people just aren't good at that
