Approved Log Training and Diet - Natural Testosterone Recovery Log

I have just recently added aromosin into my protocol to ensure to keep e2 levels within range. I took 12.5 mgs today.

I am planning to experiment with EQ and NPP at moderate dosages in addition to my current trt dose. I would be happy to lower my test dose if needed to keep e2 within range.

Today was technically a rest day for me however I still performed 30 mins of cardio and trained core and calves. I plan to take a rest day tomorrow and begin getting ready for my upcoming short trip to Sydney coming up on Wednesday to celebrate my 27th birthday.

In regards to dosing aromosin while on my current trt dose.

Do you recommend dosing every other day to ensure that e2 levels are kept within a good range? That will still enable me to grow without leading to unwanted side effects.

What are your thoughts on the running test, eq and NPP as a mass-building cycle for 12-16 weeks followed by a maintenance phase where I would hold my newly gained tissue and then progress into a dieting phase to reveal the new muscle that I have built?

I would be interested in using EQ to aid in my aerobic endurance as well as helping me keep e2 within range as I do aromatise from testosterone quickly.

for aromasin EOD is good but we need to know more about your cycle changes
why dont you add more test and light eq on top of it
 
Hey guys today was a rest day for me. Wednesday is my 27th Birthday time has gone by so fast I miss being younger but have learned from my experienced throughout my early 20s and this will continue on throughout my life I am sure. I am planning to heads to Synday for 5 days I will get a few workouts in a golds gym north syndey which is where I trained while I was last in Syndey a few months ago for a family holiday with my mother.

In regards to organising a blast protocol.
I have an experienced friend who used to complete in bodybuilding recommend a cycle that consist of.

week 1 to 4
250 test
350 mast p
and 200 mg of NPP. I have personally ran NPP in the past for a short duration and enjoyed running the compound.

week 5-12 of the cycle would consist of
350mg test a
500 mg mast P
400mg NPP

I would then go back on a trt dose of test and maintain my newly acquired lean tissue prior to dieting down to tidy up my physique.

what are your thoughts on this cycle ?

I have currently running trt test
200 mg test E per week
25mg injectable Dbol pre-workout- mostly for the feel-good effect and the increased pumps
20 mgs cardarine per day
500 mg tudca per day to keep my liver healthy along with various other nutritional supplements to ensure that I keep myself healthy.
I have recently began taking Aromosin planning to take 12.5 mgs twice per week and adjust from there.

I would like to run a cycle that would enable me to make steady gains without risking my health as I am in this for the long haul.

Do you guys have any further cycle suggestions?

I would like to continue to gain muscle while minimising fat gain as this has been what I have enjoyed most since being on gear after spending a long time training naturally and reaching a point where I could no longer progress in terms of getting bigger and stronger.

I would be interested in trying EQ but I am worried about the mental side effects associated with the drug from the reviews that I have read.

I will keep you guys updated with my training over the next week. My diet won't be the best this week as I will be traveling but I will try my best to get in enough calories to maintain size. I have attached a few pictures of golds gym north syndey and will post up some lengther vids during the week.

@gunelanie4987 been following you for a while would like to see training diet more updated at least some meal pics even if you travel :)

on the cycle, i dont see why you injecting dbol if you can do it oral, why not?
adding to your test base you can add 200mgs equipoise, it has no mental sides its not trenbolone bro

Well you never know what’s going to happen in life. Every day is blessings. I’ve mostly been using injectable dbol not because I believe it will lead to long term muscle gains but simply because I wanted to add in something to give be a performance boost in combination with my trt and I had some hand that I had not used in months.

So one day I had a bad nights sleep and just fuck it I’m going to pin the injectable dbol at a low dose pre workout and see how I feel.

I’ll look into running eq. What are your favourite things about running eq personally if you don’t mind me asking?

I think for all of us equipoise is just a versatile steroid
you can do a lot of interesting things with it

when it comes to bodybuilding the best bodybuilders are well into their 30s and 40s
you have a long way to go before you even hit your Peak
 
Bros the strongest guys in the gym are always in their 40s and 50s
even a strong guy in their 20s is not going to be as strong as them
 
The compounds are fine but there is no need to adjust doses mid-cycle. The compounds have esters and build up/down on their own. Just run the higher dose from the beginning. By changing it, you just risk sending hormones on a roller coaster.
