Ever trainied at Doherties?

Nope but am a friend of Pigsy ( An Australian bodybuilder who is known on evo) I am planning a short holiday to Perth in a few months and Pigsy has offered me to train at his gym. I am looking at flight options at the moment. If I don't end up heading up to Perth I may go to Melbourne and check out Doherties gym I know it is quite a classic gym within Australia and would love the opportunity to train there.
 
Hey guys I arrived back from my short Holiday in Sydney on Sunday missing it already.



I had an absolute blast and hope to return soon. I trained at World Gym while in Syndey as it was close to where I was living. I was staying with my uncle in Sydney which was convenient for me.



I couldn't get much time off work for my Holiday I stayed in Syndey for 5 days in total which wasn't enough time to experience all that Sydney has to offer but I had a wonderful experience and feel blessed to live in such an amazing country.



It felt difficult getting back into my regular work routine and training at my regular gym but I look forward to visiting Thailand later this year in November if all things go to plan.



One of the highlights of my trip was checking out the Blue Mountains which is a world heritage site in Australia.



I also went on a day trip checking out some of the small islands and beaches around Sydney. It feels weird almost being 30 now ( Turned 27). But I am blessed to have been raised in such as wonderful country.



I am currently running

test at 200mg per week

Injectable Dbol at 25mg pre workout

cardarine at 20mg per day which I will soon run out of. I don't plan to run cardarine again for a while after finishing my 16 weeks cycle of the compound which will end this week.

Hoping the add some more lean mass over the years with modest dosages of gear while staying as healthy as possible. Planning to get bloods done again in 10 weeks to ensure things are working well.

I had mostly trailed the compound as an experiment because I found the compound to be fascinating and it helped with my endurance and my lipids.



I am currently considering adding a compound to my trt stack that I can run long-term either Primo or Mast to help me keep e2 within range.



I have been using aromosin at 12.5mg twice per week due to using Dbol pre-workout before every weight training session, I plan to only run Dbol for 4 weeks on 4 weeks off at a low dose pre-workout ( 25mg) injectable Dbol.

I have attached some pictures of the health supplements that I am taking currently.



Today was Push day

I have been continuing to use Injectable Dbol from Alpha Labs (25mg) and 20mg Cialis pre-workout. Feeling quite strong in combination with 200 mg of test E per week.



I plan to cycle off injectable Dbol in 2 weeks time.
My planned Protocol was to run it at 25mgs pre-workout with Cialis administered Sublingually. I have been feeling great on this dosage however some of my friends have stated that I would be wasting the Dbol using it with such a low testosterone Base at 200mg test E per week. I am aware that Dbol wouldn't be wise to run long term and feel that a 4 week on and 4 week off protocol could be a healthier way of utilising the drug for growth or a mini blast phase.



My goal currently is to gain muscle while minimizing fat gain. I am still getting in daily cardio 10 mins cross trainer before each workout 6 days per week and 10,000 steps completed per day to keep my heart health in check.



Here is what I ate today.



Meal 1

1 cup of oats

40 grams of whey protein isolate

100 grams high protein Greek yogurt.

10 grams of low-fat cream.

I have begun to incorporate more fats into my diet towards the late afternoon to reduce hunger and slow down digestion overnight.



I have been doing bulk meal preping on my days off work and I am trying to get a lot more creative in the kitchen rather than sticking with traditional bodybuilding eating patterns. You need to enjoy your diet to stick with it.

Do you guys recommend remaining on a TRT dose of test ( 200mg test E) combined with an AI?

or should I look into adding a DHT Derivative into my protocol? I have heard mixed opinions on AI usage being dangerous to health in the long term such as increasing Cholesterol levels.
I am currently taking 500mg of Tudca per day and Aromasin twice per week on pin days at 12.5mg per dose twice I pin my trt twice per week. I will get blood work done in 10 weeks to check on my health markers. I will keep you guys updated.

Hey guys hope you have been well.

Apologise for not being as frequent with updated as I would like to be.

I would like to share how my training has been going this week.
I had a difficult shift work schedule this week so changed up my split to training Push, Pull, legs rest, legs and upper body.

I have decided that it would be best to cycle off Dbol now as I had been running it for the past 4 weeks at 30 mg pre workout along with a trt dose of test 200 mg test e.



I had maintained a 500 calorie surplus throughout my short time using Dbol. At times I had gone over my intended surplus as my appetitie just seemed to increase either from the Dbol or from altering my diet sticking to foods that seems to work better for me. Some staples for me are chicken, potatos, pasta and oatmeal. I like to keep my fats lower during the day and save my higher fat meals for the afternoon to keep me satiated overnight. I have gained 10 pounds over the past 6 weeks deffintily have gained a bit of bodyfat too and overall just holding more water as a result of using a compound like Dbol.



The strength gains have been nice. I am planning to now tidy up my phyisque before using Dbol again. I plan to use Dbol again in 4 weeks time with the same dose of test 200mg test E. I do have bloods scheduled in 5 weeks time to assess where my e2 levels are at.

what are your thoughts on my current goal?
Using a TRT dose of test 200mg Test E along with 12.5mg aromasin? I plan to eat at maintenance calories while keeping up with cardio over the next 4 weeks to lose some fat and water weight prior to using Dbol again.

Would this yield much muscle long term? or would looking into drugs I could run along with test for a longer duration be of more benefit to me? I ultimately would like to gain 5 to 10 lbs more muscle and maintain a lean physique year around. I am 27 and still feel that I could achieve this despite some minor injuries that I have been managing with peptides and intelligent training.

if you want to stay on TRT with aromasin you dont need 12.5mgs ed i hope you mean 12.5mgs aromasin /week thats neough

200mgs of test wont get you much mass but sports TRT 300mgs test and some primo will
