don't just do the blast and cruise just to do it
make sure you're really committed to getting the most out of your cycle

Good to see an update from you brother 💪 keep them coming we all believe in you 100 percent 🙏

Hey guys I hope you have been well.

I thought I would give you guys an update on how I have been doing.

I recently went away to Brisbane for 7 days solo. I had a blast and trained at my favorite gym World Gym.

I checked out all the theme parks on the Gold Coast for the first time which was quite a memorable experience for me.

I have been cruising on 200 mg of test E for the past 6 months while using aromasin dosed once per week at 12.5 mg. I have made decent gains since running a consistent dose of trt however I would like to gain more size.

In regards to a potential blast cycle. What are your thoughts on using a higher dose of test 300 mg test e pair week) paired with an AI to keep estrogen under control? or should I consider using another anabolic such as Mast or EQ. EQ looks like quite an interesting drug but I am worried about potential hematocrit side effects.

I have been thinking of running 300mgs of test e for 20 weeks and then returning back to a cruise dose of 120 mgs of test e. Using an AI throughout my cycle to keep Estrogen levels in check given that I do aromatize quickly.

What do you guys think about potential blast cycles given my current body composition? do you guys have any sample blast cycles you would recommend that I could run for a longer duration without damaging health markers? I want to remain healthy so I can continue to gain muscle for years to come.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts. Thank you for checking out my post. Hope you guys are all smashing your goals.
Go for it

I do 15 mins of cardio before a workout. I also get in 10 thousand steps a day usually completing it during my afternoon walk. My afternoon walk is where I like to mentally prepare for the next workout/day.

I’ll keep cardio in throughout my whole blast aiming for 150 mins cardio per week to minimise fat gain and I love cardio for its benefits on mental health.

Thanks yep I’ll keep cardio in man I do love doing it just difficult to have enough time in the gym to give my full attention to my resistance training with cardio added.

Will definitely up cardio it’s so beneficial for physical and mental health.

Thanks for your reply

Do you think 20 mins of cardio pre workout would take away from your ability to train as hard with the weights. I used to think this way when I first began lifting but I feel now that I’m in a surplus I can do cardio whenever and still have energy provided it’s not hitt cardio.

I will aim to get in as much cardio as I can aiming for 150 mins per week minimum.

I love cardio and I can do it for a quite a long time depending on the machine I use. The cross trainer suits me the best because it’s like a full body movement that places no stress on your joints.

I attached a screenshot of my pre workout cardio. Was a nice moderate pace bike ride on the cross trainer.
