Really impressive work and you got in some cardio to finish
I do cardio year around. I have a mental health condition also so exercise is something that helps me relax it's something I need to do to feel normal.

nice change up to your lifestyle you'll enjoy living in a city like Sydney there's a lot to do and the people are cool
Thanks I am looking forward to it. It is going to be a milestone in my life leaving my home state to live in a big city.

@gunelanie4987 cream of rice can work, how about oatmeal bro? can you do that
I used to do oatmeal frequently but I ended up developing digestion issues when eating a lot of oats. I find cream of rice digest so well and I can still eat again a few hours after finishing my cream of rice snack. Going forward I don't think I will eat oatmeal unless it is apart of a protein shake for extra calories. Given that I am trying to grow getting in easily digestible foods is important to me.

blasting and cruising
do it if you're serious 100% And all in
I enjoy it. For me the gym is something that is so important to me and I always knew I would use gear. I have only done moderate dosed cycles thus far and I like to use gear conservatively so I can continue to cycle for years to come without damaging my health badly. I respect the drugs and I am serious about the lifestyle it makes me happy.

Pull workout 2

Hey guys Hope you are well today.

Today I hit my second Pull day of the week. Back training has been going well. My back is my strongest body part so always a great time pulling some good weight on Pull day.

I was able to progress some of my lifts during this workout which makes me happy.

15 mins cardio warm up.

First movement close grip pull downs. This is a movement I like to begin with as it just feels great for me and I feel a great stretch and contraction in the lats during this exercise.

First set 77 kg 15 reps felt easy so I upped the weight for my next 2 working sets.

Second set 97 KG 12 reps this is a PR for me it actually felt easy. I prefer to train with a higher rep range when training back.

Third set 97 kg for 10 reps. I felt that my lats were adequately stimulated here I preformed a drop set after failing on my 10th rep to get more blood into the back.

Second movement
Seated rows.
set 1 38.5 kg 12 reps
set 2 38.5 kg 12 reps
38.5 kg 10 reps

third movement
Hammer strength Pull downs unilateral.
Set 1 100 kg 12 reps
Set 1 100 kg 12 reps
Set 1 100 kg 10 reps

Fourth movement
Lat pull overs using a cable.
3 sets 12 to 15 reps.

Upper back row.
89 kg 6 reps. I have been aiming to hit this weight for 10 reps however just felt too fatigued when I got to this movement 89 KG felt very heavy.

second set 82 kg 10 reps
third set 82 kg 8 reps

rear delts
3 sets of 15
set 1 61 kg 15 reps
set 2 61 kg 12 reps
set 3 61kg 12 reps
drop set 40 kg 20 reps

Biceps eazy bar burls
3 sets
30kg 12 reps
30 kg 12 reps
drop set 20 kg 20 reps

Overall today was a great session. I plan to take a rest day tomorrow and train legs when I get to Sydney on Monday at World Gym

Moving away from family is always tough. I moved countries and went through that as well. It is all about adapting. You will still be close with your parents, just not physically.

Hey Evo fam I hope you guys have been well.
I have had a good few days since finishing up work a on Monday and preparing to move to Sydney next week. The past few days have been emotional for me knowing that I am leaving my home state and may not see family for a while. I have always had a close connection to my parents and given that they are getting older I do worry about their health and happiness I hope they will visit me in New South Wales at some point.

Training wise things have been going well. This week I haven't quite been eating my calorie surplus each day due to fatigue from working night shifts and not planning meals ahead. I have still been hitting my protein requirements and getting at least 4 clean meals per day. In Sydney after settling in I will ensure to dedicate more time to meal prepping so I am able to continue to make progress as I approach the 4 week mark of my cycle.

Today I trained legs. I feel like my legs are definitely getting stronger and they look bigger. Training wise I feel strong every session.

15 min cardio warm up
Today I started with

-hamstring curls
3 sets of 15 reps 60 kg

hammer strength leg press plate loaded.

set 1 280 kg for 10 reps this was a PR for me and actually felt easy. When I get to worlds gym in Sydney I plan to incorporate the pendulum squat as one of my big movements for legs to progress on.

set 2 240 kg 15 reps

set 3 240 kg 10 reps

pin loaded leg press
150 kg 15 reps
150 kg 15 reps
150 kg 10 reps

adductor machine
set 1 60 kg 20 reps
set 2 60 kg 20 reps
set 3 60 kg 20 reps. I didn't feel like going heavier on this movement today but will deffinitly add weight to it next session.

seated hamstring curls
89 kg 15 reps
80 kg 15 reps
61 kg 20 reps back off set

glute raises
80 kg 15 reps
80 kg 15 reps
80 kg 15 reps

lunges till failure 2 sets

3 sets of calve raises.

Overall today felt great. I have been enjoying my leg training and bringing up my legs is a focus for this cycle. I have attached some meal pictures from today I made a homemade pizza today for Lunch macro friendly. Thanks for checking out my update and stay tuned for new posts next week at Worlds Gym New South Wales.

Nice update man

Thanks Legend filming has been such a breeze with my Tripod. I will incorporate more squeezing next workout. Lately I have been focused on progressive overload so I have been trying to go up in reps/ weight each week. I try to lift with control as much as I can but I could squeeze a lot more especially when it comes to back day all about the squeezes.

The gym in my recent post actually is not worlds gym I will arrive at worlds gym tomorrow for leg day 1. Thanks for your advice and support.

Hey evo fam I hope you guys have been well.

I would like to provide you guys with an update.
I have followed through with my move to New South Wales. I have had a week off to get familar with the area and just for a break before I commence my new role.

Training wise things are going well. I have signed up at World's gym and it has been great training at such an amazing gym. I train at World Gym Moore Park and Castlereagh.

I enjoy both gyms Castlereagh brings back memories as I had always trained at that gym when visiting Sydney. I have been feeling a bit lonely here but I am doing the best I can to keep myself busy. I am blessed to live in Sydney and this was always a dream of mine.

I have been sticking to my Push Pull Legs routine while steadily increasing calories. My weights have increased for all my exercises which has made training so much fun.

I will keep you guys updated throughout the week. I have attached a few progress pics I was not able to bring my tripod with me on the plane so I will arrange for a family member to post it to me.

Today is a rest day for me so I just plan to get meal prep done and head out to enjoy the city. Excited for another big week of training ahead.

Enjoy the rest of your week and I will keep you guys updated.

Next week will be my 5th week on cycle i am planning to keep my dosages the same. 250 test 2 200 EQ.

I like longer-duration cycles as they keep me focused and motivated to train. I will get blood work done at the 6th to 8 week mark and will post the results here. I am getting in a ton of cardio here I don't have my car here so relying on walking and public transport to get around good for the heart and the mind.
