Approved Log Training and Diet - Natural Testosterone Recovery Log

Yeah haha I was in a bit of a rush after my workout today. Had to take my mother xmas shopping and that was a huge job. My mother is addicted to shopping.

Will take a selfie and post some videos tomorrow. I am planning to train chest tomorrow as my chest has had 2 full days of rest. I generally always do cardio along with my weight training sessions rather than dedicating separate sessions for cardio and weights. I love both forms of exercise. I just love to train.

I am enjoying the community aspect of the forum. It's great feeling supported with my goals by people who share a similar passion to me.
i agree evo has the best community, everyone on here is awesome and genuinely just wants to help

I'm always motivated to train. For me training is the highlight of my day I look forward to it every day.

I like connecting with people who are specifically focused on hypertrophy training and this forum has enabled me to do that.

I have been lurking on this server for a while now. Back when I was just getting into lifting I would check out posts on the forum. I found it fascinating to see how bodybuilders train and structure their diets/supplements.

This log has helped me focus on my hormone recovery. Low test levels has caused me to experience mental health side effects so the community aspect has motivated me to keep pushing knowing that in time I will get back to where I was in terms of development.

I enjoy listening to your podcasts and learning about the pharmacology side of bodybuilding.

@gunelanie4987 really to be honest I think you wasting your time with L Carnitine, I've used it and had clients use it, painful injections with sub-par benefits. You can just take a lot of oral carnitine and add cardarine gw and stenabolic sr
with some nutrozol 677 before bed. There are easier ways to do this bro.
I agree.

I plan to use all the injectable L carnitine that I have currently but won't use it again.

The daily pins are a pain so far I have not experienced much benefit from it but I know that you need to commit to it long-term to reap the full benefits. Given that I am currently focused on hormonal recovery I thought L carnitine wouldn't hurt if it gave me a slight performance increase whether that be better pumps or enhanced fat loss.

It's hard to make progress when you have been training for a long time.

the podcasts on here are a great tool

food definitely looks good
but make sure you're taking it easy on all the liquid Foods

your diet seems very carb-heavy and I'm not seeing enough good fats in your diet

I
Real food is going to be more important than your supplementation
I agree I’m usually getting in 2 whole food meals per day.

I’m working on incorporating more whole food meals into my diet.

I find oats and whey protein delicious and it’s such a convient way to get in more protein and complex carbs. When I’m on the go i would rather have oatmeal and whey with some fruit rather than eating something unhealthy.

Oats digest very well for me but I agree I need to limit supplements as you miss out on the full nutrients you would get from whole foods.
