I am new to the group. 38 yo female, 5’5, 158lbs. Before and after pics are just about 1 year apart - basically no exercise in before and primarily lifting in after. I have a long way to go building muscle but I can’t see past the fat. I want to drop body fat percentage and then put on some muscle.

Currently, eating 1545 cals. 154P/145C/42F. And the scale is not moving. Been taking test cypionate (prescribed) for 2 years for energy, etc. wondering if I should add sarm such as S4 and/or cardarine

Lifting 5 days per week - bro split

Haven’t done a lot of cardio just getting 10,000 steps at least a day…

Typical meals
Breakfast (pre workout)
Coffee with cream
Low cal English muffin with egg whites

Lunch
Whole wheat tortilla with turkey /cheese. Apple. Protein shake.

Snacks
Protein shake or bar

Dinner
Lean protein, white rice, veggies.

Any thoughts?

a few things we need you to confirm for us.
Testosterone cypionate, what is your weekly dosing schedule?

Also, what supplements do you take please list them.

Diet, please be more specific with us, post actual meals and foods that you eat and when.
Training, please be more detailed add actual exercises reps weights and sets and how much cardio you do.
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

On sarms, before we add more sarms lets get more details from you but if you do end up adding sarms, cardarine gw is the way 10mgs ed with cardio but lets not get ahead of ourselves.

please share pics of your meals
pics of your training
pics of your supplements
and pic of the test cyp if you have it
 
how much cyp are you using? if you are on too much that could be the problem why you are having issues.
 
I like your physique so far
very nice base to work with
 
make sure you don't overtrain in the gym a lot of females make that mistake
I think there is some work to do on your diet
 
Swap out that egg whites for real eggs
also why do you need a pre-workout meal?
