Def wait until you are 100% before taking anything. AAS could mask some issues and you'll make things worse. I've been there and played that game. You wanna be able to give it 100% when on gear.
After that if you wanna take gear no need to get leaner. You look awesome now. Var will only enhance/help things. Just make sure your getting it from an approved source. A female at my gym has been using Geneza anavar from Napsgear for years with great success. She has won multiple local shows and place well in regional shows.

@gymlife4me to be fair we are all steroid specialists here the mods and VIPs but I think you can get leaner before starting anavar.

If you want the industry response, of course wait to start anavar, you can stay natural for 2 months and drop bodyfat by modifying the diet and getting lean first. But for that you will need to change your diet IMO, high carbs dont go hand in hand with getting lean for 95% of women.

But your steroid experience, how many cycles and what did you use? your old pic has you real lean.

Those early pics were after 1 year or so of training and 1 bottle of Anavar. 100 tabs @ 10mg.

I think you can lean up another five or ten pounds personally and then go ahead and start.
 
Hopefully you can cut down more, if not go ahead and start the anavar, I say give it a couple weeks.
