Approved Log Training Log - Female

I've had plenty of VAR over the years and the first batch (photos on front page) i had forearm and back pumps after 4 days and noticed gains within 2 weeks, No Bloating, just getting leaner every week. All the other VAR has done absolutely nothing or fluid gain or slight increase in strength. So it's all been bunk or not VAR. Or i am desensitized to it.

I'll take 10mg per day split am/pm and if i don't get anything within 2 weeks, I'll call it.
Not sure where you got the others form but it sounds bunk or under dosed

@gymlife4me so what did you decide on the start of your cycle?

and I see training is good but can you add 1 high rep set per exercise, like lower weight 50 reps

The lab/ supplier is HLPC tested.

But that means SFA if they dont test every batch of RAWS prior. I was going to test for 2 weeks and if no signs i would not take it further. As previously i have continued to take and up the dose hoping to see something.
@gymlife4me HLPC testing means nothing because they only test 1 batch at some point at some time, and they aren't testing every batch of raws obviously. Why would you take the risk with your health over like $20 I think those kits are cheap from roidtest.
why use yourself as a test subject sister? just test it before using, you know its safer and smarter that way

That's true of ANYTHING that gets tested. From cars to food in the supermarket. Heck, the UK supermarket regs are now (all have this) where it's SOP to have testing at all points (ISO9001 or better) as well as field to shelf records.

Even my 'Mobster approved' fave sources do not do it so that EVERY batch is (ideally) randomly tested. Most (if not all) do independent lab analysis.

Roidtest is, at best, ok with 'it contains X' but does NOT tell you if it's dosed correctly.

In my experience, Roidtest is garbage. Labmax is better, but it is still garbage. Labmax does show if there is some AAS present, but you are supposed to differentiate by color. The problem is that two samples of the same AAS, in almost identical concentrations, as confirmed by blind HPLC testing, show very differently to my eye.

It’s a major issue, and I think more people should send their gear in for HPLC blind testing, because it is our best way to keep the industry honest.

i agree with littletime. these testing kits are garbage compared to the real thing

I would recommend changing up some of the foods you're eating and doing some more diversity
