Old fashion oats less refined also. @MONSTRO mentioned fats. Do you get much EFAs ie fish oils? Those are great for many reasons. If you change up your calorie intake say one big different meal one day or maybe a day of higher clean carbs, It may just rev up your metabolism give you a bump on your calorie burn.
All your diet and your workouts are very good & clean & consistent. You’re finally at 73.5kg ish mark. My weight moves slow too but I see diff in mirror and measurements. Are you seeing good changes? since we don’t have pics to see you before after hard fir us to see your changes. You want a change In looks vs strength. Are you recomping your body shape or same? How’s it going? Happy lifting! 💪🌸

Oh wow. That’s crazy 5x. I wouldn’t buy them either. I just get old fashion which here not much diff in price. That’s ok oats are still great.
Do you get fresh tuna there? I love Mahi , Ahi & Halibut which isn’t tuna but delicious. Nice you can have fish. 👍😊
