Just having a diet break this week. It was all getting a bit much. Even though I have only increased them by 200 or so per day, that's all it takes for me and I've gained weight.

Doesn't help that performance in the GYM is paramount for me, I just can't go and put in 50% even though I could be losing weight.

I know how that goes, sometimes you can't fit the food in or feel like eating, it can be overwhelming at times.
