Approved Log Transition to Peptides Log - 71 years old

This log is about my transition to peptides from steroids and sarms.
But first let me tell you something about myself, hope it's not too boring.
I'm 71 yes not a typo I'm 71 have always had my own home gym since age 20
always liked working out even now.
Age 30 had an accident, and while recovering from that had another accident that
set me back 5 years and gained 20kl.
Moving on at age 55 moved to coast for a sea change and there was a gym here
12 minutes from home with 5 years left on her lease so joined straight away.
Used the gym 7 days a week and 2 nights the two nights were cardo and stretching classes
and the 7 days lifting weights.
At this stage working out clean no steroids ever.
On the last day of the gym closing at 9am a bloke about 35 came in and he was built like a
brick shit house had stretch marks on his muscles, i was tempted to ask for help or advice
but didn't, thinking he would say you're kidding you old fart.
That's when the penny dropped, I'm going home to read up on steroid's you can't get that big
eating mars bars.
Age 61 started on steroids test mast d bol deca eq tren till age 68 last 4 cycles were tren and test.
Left steroids then and moved on to sarms RAD-140 MK-677 GW- 501560 SR-9009 LGD4033 till age 71.
Thats my life.

Now Peptides.
Did extensive research to find reputable supply then started on CJC1295+ ipamorelin
Taking 0.1ml at 2000mcg/ml twice a day 5 days a week for 10 weeks.
Just finished week 3, on Friday.
At 2.5 weeks had no change, to be expected, on Thursday's workout weights felt light or that i could do
more reps so before getting excited i waited till Friday and the same thing happened so i did do more reps
even that was still easy, hope this continues and i will be a happy man.
Week four starts tomorrow hoping for more of the same.
For your interest it cost $660 for two 5ml Viles last 10 weeks.
I know you want more information but that will have to do for now.
Ask away.

Lets talk about a few things.

Cycle
I like your peptides discussion and idea but why dont you want to use TRT?
at your age 71, doing TRT is healthy, self-TRT low dose 100-125mgs testosterone/week would benefit you a lot
add 2 IUs of HGH per day, you dont even need other peptides or to spend more money on it
base test and hgh = win for you for a long time

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Just a quick question won't TRT 100-125mgs be counterproductive to my own testosterone.
At your age your body is hardly producing any. You're better off going on 150mg Test per week. You will feel better.

in theory yes, but in practice you're 71 years old you have low testosterone already so wont be doing anything negative, just brining you back to normal levels @spike
