lets start with pics bro :) and we level out from there on planning @spike
 
I'd have you take another day off and NOT train an occasional Saturday too
Thats what i can't get my head around,
how to cut back on days and still do a full body workout each week.
Think i need a new workout program.
 
Peptide cjc-1295 + ipamorelin update on 4 weeks.
Don't have any more daytime energy but once in the gym
everything changes.
End of third week Thursday Friday weights felt light or could have added
more reps.
Monday week 4 to Friday same weight added 3 extra reps, from 12 to 15
on all exercises that maxed it out.
Probably too much to quick felt lethargic and tight end of week.
Will update week 5 of 10 weeks soon.
In the meantime, my workout program/chart is getting a bit old like me
i would love if someone could recommend a good easy to use new one.

you are doing what now? in terms of weights though

Workout chart for 71 year old me.
Have added 3 reps to all sets since starting pep cjc 1295 that's about 63 extra reps per workout.

It is on a spreadsheet and won't property cut and past.
