Tren body recomp confusion

I am doing 1 year bulking that will end in March next year, the first half of my bulking cycle was natural and started using tren and other compounds like 2 weeks ago. I have accumulated fat as well because of the first half natural bulking phase cuz of calorie surplus. I am getting two statements from people:

1. "tren will limit additional fat gain but won't reduce the existing body fat % while building muscles while you are in calorie surplus",

2. "tren will limit additional fat gain while lowering existing body fat % while building muscle in calorie surplus"

Which one is true? If the second statement is true, does it mean people who take tren don't follow the traditional bulking and cutting cycle system?

In my opinion and experience, statement #1 is more accurate. I think statement 2 can be true, but replace surplus with maintenance.
Statement 2 can also be true if you replace surplus with caloric deficit.

If we say that the rate at which muscle development on tren can happen under surplus is 10, by how many points the rate of muscle development would be reduced with maintenance and deficit?

That's really hard to say because it comes down to each individual, along with their quality of diet, and recovery. For me, I'd say 10 in a surplus, 9-10 at maintenence, and 6ish during a deficit. It also would depend on how much excess fat you have during the deficit. So many factors its hard to really say.

@parazpro I was checking your other posts, you're from the land up North so Winter is your bulk for sure bro ;)

On the questions, those are really hard to answer in a subjective matter as related to you, but easy if you want generic answers.

Generic answer
1) trenbolone does nothing of the sort
2) tren does nothing of the sort
Both answers are true, trenbolone is basically a "strong" testosterone so as with any steroid diet, training, cardio, sleep, supps, cortisol stress and more plays into actual results. @Pigsy @AE1079 can add to this

Subjective answer related to you specifically @parazpro is this, its not normal to go from natty to trenbolone and "other" compounds. But I've had clients do it like that.
If you want actual help from us, real info, we need to learn more about you, a lot more.

We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

i find Tren has it's limits, my dosing is 70mg Tren a, a week in my Growth Phase. Keeps body fat at decent level giving the strength benefits. once you get those Tren sides of insomnia. You'll get very little growth and and may gain BF because lack of sleep and recovery.
One thing i see a lot is lacking information on diet as this is one of the biggest factors in both fat loss and muscle growth

Thanks for your answer. I will start a log soon. But I have one more important question here. My tren dose is 200 mg per week that i started two weeks ago, but I haven't noticed any nightsweats and tren cough yet, Is it common? Is my tren dose on the low dose spectrum?

i never got Tren Cough, you maybe lucky ones who can tolerate Tren. see how are at say the 6 week mark.

Hey Pigsy, have you ever ran low dose tren during a bulk along side NPP or Deca?
 
there is no black and white answer to any of this.

your results will vary and your body will change over time. best thing you can do is run gear yourself

Can I try going to 300mg this soon? If not, how long should I wait?
@parazpro i would start the log first before moving from 200 to 300, let’s get a full LOG going before we advise you to bump or lower dose :)
Also takes around 3-4 weeks to fully feel the tren, so what you feeling now isn’t the end on sides , it builds up
 
bro i don't bother with all that witchcraft shit.

just pin the tren, eat some red meat, lift heavy and bang bishes (and dudes if you into that) and be happy ! use geneza pharma from napsgear
 
the key with tren is CLEAN TREN.
that is why ugfreak para pharma is the best. i would do tren ace as an newb.
 
some people bulk up bigtime and get strong on tren.
and some people get ripped on it.
