I am doing 1 year bulking that will end in March next year, the first half of my bulking cycle was natural and started using tren and other compounds like 2 weeks ago. I have accumulated fat as well because of the first half natural bulking phase cuz of calorie surplus. I am getting two statements from people:
1. "tren will limit additional fat gain but won't reduce the existing body fat % while building muscles while you are in calorie surplus",
2. "tren will limit additional fat gain while lowering existing body fat % while building muscle in calorie surplus"
Which one is true? If the second statement is true, does it mean people who take tren don't follow the traditional bulking and cutting cycle system?
