tren E and test Cyp for my next cycle

What’s up everybody I’m 40 years old and I’m 5’10” 218 lbs.
I’ve generally hit a plateau in my weight and strength
what do you think about doing trenbolone enanthate and test cypionate on my next cycle for bulking/strength?
My thinking is doing 250mgs a week of both per week and splitting the doses up. I want to go 12 weeks.

A couple of things to consider

I would encourage you to look at my write up on tren as it will explain a lot around the drug.

Tren is an anti catabolic and a pre contest drug, some advanced users do use small amounts here and there but nothing more then 100mg per week. Which again I side a note of caution. it does grow muscle don’t get me wrong as it does down regulate T3 to enable better nutrient partitioning, bit the dosage needed to gain that pure lean tissue is relatively high - 400mg+ IMO, we don’t have studies to back this up at all as this is pure anecdote, but at this dosage you will run into a multitude of issues..
- your sleep will be effected somewhat, some do and don’t, but this is key to growing. No sleep = no gains.
- your brain chemistry will change which may lead to different behaviour and different choice factors.

This is all very top line without going into it, again I encourage you to read my write up on this topic. Hopefully you will gain something out of it.

Primo, Deca, EQ, HGH.. are better choices. I’m a big fan of primo and HGH, but deca can definitely help in this case as it has very high and lasting nitrogen retention. Side effects are hit and miss and you don’t know which one you will get.

Consider your options, but maybe leave the tren out for this one.
 
What compounds have you used in the past? Tren is for advanced users and very toxic.
Test and deca or test, EQ and anadrol would be a better cycle.
Tell us more about your self. Hard to recommend anything without any context.
I used oral tren I think called superdrol? that the same?
 
I agree with @s.gentz and @Pigsy- we need more info about your experience before we can give advice on this.

- How long have you been training seriously, and what does your current workout regimen look like?
- Have you run cycles before? If so, what compounds and dosages have you tried, and what were your results?
- What does your nutrition plan look like? Are you in a caloric surplus, and are you tracking your macronutrients?
- How’s your sleep, stress management, and recovery overall? Sometimes, plateaus can be broken just by optimising these factors.
- Are you focused solely on raw strength and size, or do you also have body composition in mind as well? What is your estimated body fat % at the moment?
training 5 years and I eat mainly fast food now but dont jump down my throat yet
i dont eat the bun just burgers dude and salad
all i can afford now
in Cali there is a recession big time

but if im hungry tren will make me more angry!
If you've got a short fuse, don't use tren. It will make you an absolute head case if you're not a steady and reasonable individual, and you'll say and do shit that you'll regret.

My recommendation is to wait until you can afford to give it a decent crack. No point doing a cycle and not having the diet sorted. It'll be a waste- you'll get sub-par results and be annoyed that you didn't simply wait.
