I want to cut with with trenbolone. Please help me understand how to use trenbolone for cutting. Doses and times of use.

just my opinion but cutting starts with a very strict diet and high intensity interval training like 15 minute sessions of sprints all you have to do is look at a sprinters body or a boxers body and that will show you what diet and high intecity interval training can do as this is how they train then you might think of adding tren if that does not work.
 
Brother, do not rely on compounds to be reducing your bf %.

As Krypto said above, HIIT works, fasted cardio and diets are the key to a successful cut, not a compound.
 
^^^all true and I agree, but that said, tren in the mix while cutting will help retain and possible gain muscle mass even while eating in a caloric deficit. You can do the same with test and may be a better alternative since the tren usually knocks alot of people's cardio in the dirt. At least that's been my experience.

To answer the ops question, a low dose of tren (approx 100-200 week) does wonders for me. But I'm also on TRT and keep my test up. I know Stevesmi says tren only cycles work, I've just been to scared to try it. Scared of the tren dick. Lol.
 
Steroids do not burn body fat. They increase muscle protein synthesis and prevent muscle catabolism. I feel like I am beating a dead horse saying this over and over but it's a very common misconception and something a lot of people get wrong. Bodybuilders commonly include steroids into their pre-contest cycles to prevent muscle loss when dieting on low calories and doing lots of cardio. The steroids themselves do not burn body fat.

If you want to loose body fat - You need to perfect your diet and training. Its as simple as that. Fat is basically stored energy. To burn fat, you need to expend more calories then you consume.

I recommend running the testosterone higher then tren to keep side effects to a minimum. I really like a dosage of 500mg/week for test and 300mg/week for tren. A little bit of tren goes a long way. I really see no need to ever use more then 300-400mg of tren per week.

A test/tren cycle needs 3 main support supplements:
1. An AI like aromasin to keep estrogen in the low-normal range
2. An anti-prolactin drug like cabergoline to keep prolactin in the low-normal range
3. Cardarine to increase fat loss, endurance and prevent tren related side effects like tren cough

Cardarine isn't talked about much as a support for a cycle with tren but it is fantastic for preventing tren related side effects. Tren is notorious for negatively impacting endurance and causing insulin resistance. Cardarine helps prevent that immensely.

This is how I would run a test/tren cycle:
Weeks 1 - 10
Testosterone e 500mg/week OR Test prop 100-150mg EOD
Tren e 300mg/week OR tren ace 50-75mg EOD
aromasin 10mg EOD
cabergoline 0.25mg EOD
cardarine 20mg/day

in my experience and on paper tren is an extremely anabolic and androgenic compound. they don't give the shit to cows to make them tinier now do they. as musky said, steroids ARE NOT FAT BURNERS. tren is going to put on mass and strength

having said that some guys do seem to shred up on tren, but the results are short lived when they come off. they really get all that fat put back on fast.
 
A cycle of test e + tren e, 400-600mg of each per week and a good diet will get you shredded.

However, I would do tons of reading before even considering doing tren. Its a powerful steroids but its also harsh on the system, both physical and mental.
 
Perfect your diet (if you have not) before doing anything. Diet and training are the foundation to build on. So many people have not perfected the most important factor and think they can jump on a cycle to help. If you have all that in place, and are set on using something I would recommend some test @ 400 mgs a/week for 16 weeks. Keep running a calorie deficit to cut. Then run the perfect pct, but if your really just wanting to cut it will save you a lot of money to just diet.

Side note:
In addition to Cardarine to help with insulin resistance I use turmeric when cooking meats and put powdered cinnamon and ginger in my protein suppliment shakes. Learned this from a diabetic resources.
