It all ends here, no shame, no regrets… just the drive to become a BEAST.
I am an total amateur through and through, trusting in what Ive read and learned off the internet… and a few good trainers, one of which passed away last Christmas… to honour his efforts with all of the time he spent with me getting my weight down, and to honour my own efforts - I need to hammer down and crush the next three months.
Ive been Blasting and Cruising when I should have been cycling off on back, but there are times when life gets in the way of training and I took tiny doses instead of clearing off the gear.
The intensity of training varied while cruising, but blasts were always hard months in the gym. The entire process has made my all over size much nicer, and I have a good Scottish frame to transform to BEAST, but I have to recover for spell and this is my last big three month push…
My Information:
Meal Plan:
Meat protein sources are alternated.
Ground and stew beef are typically cooked together.
Fish is air fried.
All meal portions prepped for a few days stacked and randomized.
A minimum of 4 litres water daily consumption.
Im a fucking weirdo and can eat the same meal for 5 months.
Current feeding below but my Heart Health Nutritionist is suggesting I utilize more plant based proteins to bring LDL down. I will take any suggestions from people that do this.
Supplements:
Blood Work:
Cycle Plan:
Additional Notes/Goals: DG
This is the touchy subject for me, Ive been blasting and cruising for way too long. This is my last cycle before taking a break to stabilize. Ive lost 130lbs from the time I started this adventure, began the transformation but not there yet.
My ultimate goal is to be a BEAST walking down the sidewalk with my knuckles dragging behind me. Mothers huddling their children together and crossing the street to avoid me. *grin* I want to demoralize and mentally destroy any opponent before a conflict begins… with the option to then crush their skulls with my bare hands, or if they are lucky - utilize their spine and skull as bar stools.
I declared WAR with Endocrinology dept at the hospital my last visit. I am now getting regular testing and real prescriptions. Fucking doctors in Ontario are ZERO help unless you start raging out in their office for medical wisdom. It's worth standing your ground with your Doctor... at least it was for me.
I will post some older, and current pics to show the adventure hasn’t been a complete waste of time… thanks for reading and I appreciate all the advice - I am happy to share this if just one other person can read and learn from my mistakes and/or success - its all worth the effort my Bruthaz.
Thanks for reading.
