Approved Log trenboTurkies Last 3 months of 2 Year "Blast and Cruise"- Cycle LOG

Heyya folks ! Its been a bonkers three weeks, but finally have all the doctor appts over with for now...
The Fertility Clinic was an interesting adventure, more details to share very soon for sure.

When I posted my intro I was pushing time constraints and didnt realize I should be editing my photos for I guess some privacy reasons.
I just configured a Macbook to get my pics and video editing, and naturally being a PC guy Im on a learning curve with the Mac. lol

Not MIA, just overloaded.

I am seriously excited to be here, and just the last 5lbs Ive lost this month is just the beginning... thats just walking and light cardio.
Im a late night gym rat, and unfortunately my gym is 40kms away with nothing else closer and im just a poor broke mofo... so Im
doing more things back at my RV site (my summer residence) to keep living costs down.

More to come, Awwww yeah!

@trenboTurkie welcome back bro happy to see you
want to see actual updates from you, diet training lets see it

Newest update :

Holy fuck it's been a challenging year...

Broke, Homeless, just about as down on my luck as one can imagine... BUT I've pulled my shit together, found a place to live and getting back in training.

There are so manyhard training peeps here and a lot of profiles to read and catch up on. Im a noob but determined and with the encouraging comments and posts I will learn fast and set an example for others like me that came close to giving up and not caring.

No excuses, it's beast mode training as much as I can. My job has me sitting in a truck mostly but there are periods of heavy lifting. Finding a cheap gym is today's task... I barely make enough to survive but I'm commited and make loosing the weight I've gained this last year the priority, on a shoe string budget.

Im talking with a few of you to get a good routine together and looking at a basic but focused PED regiment to maximize effort! Figuring out how to post my bloodwork to start it off right!

Im off on a 4km warm up jog/walk this morning and see what "Fit for Less" is going to cost me before I head into work.

I don't need luck, just the will to see this happen... My training mantra : Bigger, Stronger, Hearder to kill.

I went back and read your first post wow you have been through a lot in life you are a trooper

Tell us more about your past heart attack.

Was it something to have to do with drugs? Or were you just overweight?

Man, you have been through a lot and you are a real trooper.

Nice to see you hit a 4 km warm-up and Jog.

What part of the world are you from just curious?
Because in certain countries, you can definitely get some help if you're going through a tough time.

Sorry to hear about some of the things that have been off.

But I'm glad you got a job. That's a good start.

Nothing wrong with living in an RV.
Even millionaires will live in RVs. I know poker players in the old days used to travel around an RVs, playing tournaments

Nice to see you back home on The Forum.

We really missed you and we're worried about you. I know things have been tough but things will turn around.

Maybe try and shack up with some family or maybe a gf.
Not having anyone on the holidays, has to be definitely the toughest part but you will get through it.

It wasnt a Hollywood style heart attack, nothing dramatic but was more like a tight chest muscle that I couldnt stretch out to feel better... ended up in the Heart Institute for 2weeks after that.

free-T was high but what caused the entire situation was something like a sneeze that I held in and it all went down within a week from there...
Not all the classic symptoms of a heart attack throughout the week but a few like being light headed, chest tightness, sweats... before I finally went to emergency.

Yeah, I just wrapped up a two year Jerry Springer episode of woman trouble, lol... not eager to start the sequal quite yet. I ended up renting a room in a house full of savages which sucks but its better than sleeping in my truck in -20C weather lol
