my reasoning for Dbol: recovery.
Recovery is my number one priority. Weight loss and other cool stuff are secondary. Since adding in the Dbol I can tell a big difference in recovery, especially the last few days.
I’m different than most of the excellent people here because I only want to have great recovery from work, not hitting weights and cardio.
I’m still losing weight. I walk 15,000-20,000 steps a day average and am lifting , pushing, pulling objects all day.
