@Crimson Hoop thats perfect so you're doing better bro but 16 hour day damn you work hardI’ve been doing light high rep shoulder press and lateral raises everyday. Just like 10 lbs for 25 reps, 2-3 sets throughout the day. It has made my shoulders improve a good deal. I do it everyday.
Yesterday was a 16 hour day at work and it was tough. Feel worn the F out today.
Don’t recall exactly what I ate yesterday because I didn’t eat all of my food but was tuna and avocado , eggs, one potato. Don’t eat dinner. Was working and it was hot as F. Felt weird after work and went home took a shower and slept. Got about 6 hours before I had to get up and get back at it. Feel lazy and weak today
