Approved Log TRT and Dbol Extras Log

Been eating some good amounts of greens and good veggies lately.

Lots of meat and poultry.

Took a couple days off and went hiking. Left my phone at home turned off. Cell phones have awesome uses but I like to take breaks from it.

Haven’t hit the scale lately to see what I’m at, but will soon.

200mg T cyp a week right now and nothing else. I’m not having any palpitations. Feeling mellow and good. Working a lot

No oil. Boiled a potato, boiled cabbage. The sausage was fried but only in its own fat. But as to sodium- probably was high.
boiled is perfect, can you switch potatoes to yams/sweet potatoes? better option
sausage you can do chicken sausage?
lets make small changes bro :)

Sorry, I was away for a while guys. Ended up with some pretty bad heat exhaustion. It was in bed for about five days.
heat stroke is very dangerous gotta be careful. always hyrdate and wear a hat in the sun
 
Definitely taking electrolytes and hydration. Always been sensitive to the heat. Hoping to take it a bit easier on myself during the summer. I was pushing it pretty hard at work and payed for it. Feeling better now though.
@Crimson Hoop hows your diet going? whats your meal plan and gear like now?

Low carbs. High protein. Fats probably mid. Mostly fish, chicken, beef, pork. Some veggies like greens.

Trt at 200mg /wk is the only gear.
@Crimson Hoop you need some higher fats if you go low carbs thats the issue i think bro
we need to get fat intake up a bit
what healthy fats you eating? need omega 3

@Crimson Hoop Rising temperature is seriously a concern.....drink plenty of fluids and avoid stepping out in peak hours......

I take 1400mg omega 3 fish oil at 70% epa dha. I also eat salmon and cod etc every week at least twice. I eat eggs every day 4-6 a day
