you can be more flexible eating in a window anyway
 
I would advise you if you go to a birthday party for example
eat maybe a couple bites of the cake and throw the rest out

I have done fasting 16/8 and 24 once a week fasting. Carb backloading. Keto etc.
all for 6 months at a time to really give it a go. Lost shit loads of weight including muscle. And felt great.

However this is not living for me bro.

Example I have 3 children and 15 nieces and nephews. Tonight one has a bday and I will eat whatever, cake, killer pythons etc. With absolutely no shame 🤦🏼‍♂️.

At this stage of life I want as stated above. But also don’t wanna be that guy at the party with his chicken, rice and broccoli bowl.

This is why I now I’m close to 90/10% eating clean.

Are we worrying about the saturated fats mixed with the low glycemic carbs?

Up from 105 to 108kg with 2iu of hgh per day.

@OldButStrong first you look great, thick and big muscle mass :) you can easily cut down for longevity if you want
if you do go for it, I would say 30lbs drop easy if we work on it a bit

I'm not talking about major lifestyle changes or meal prep but lets say we start with extending fasting vs eating window, this way you enjoy same foods but get leaner and live longer, your goal longevity.

AND on HGH, it doesnt cause issues with Testosterone, thats a bit of a broscience.
 
You definitely have a lot of muscle mass on your frame
and you're pretty damn strong wow those numbers are in kilograms too

16/8 is 16 hour fasting, 8 hour refeed window
calories not the biggest issue but you want to stick to around 10% lower than BMR for longevity
with at least 20% healthy fats omega 3
