Hello all my EVO brothers and sisters.
With some guidance and recommendations from my EVO brother I am starting a new log. This log will show my progress from post surgery till now. If you are not familiar with my close to death experience please read my previous log.
A special thanks to my EVO family for giving me that drive and determination to get back into the gym and continue my training, even though I still have a long ways to go, I would not have healed and progressed this far this quickly without all of your support and encouragement!! Thanks so much brother, now that I have that failed organ that was poisoning me, out of my body, I am confident that with EVO family support and instructions I can take this bodybuilding to the next level… definitely can not afford HGH, but I will try my best to put on more size with high Test and some Mast and upping my meal portions.
