Current stats: 5’9, ~165lb, 10%bodyfat, age 26

About me:
Ive been into bodybuilding as long as i can remember, always looked up to big guys and started working out around 9 or 10. At 13 I got serious into bodybuilding and got a gym membership. Around a year ago is when I looked and felt my best, but things were going to go down hill shortly. I had felt lost and fell into a depression, started linking up with some bad people and was introduced to some hard drugs. During this time I quit the gym, quit eating right and was throwing my life away by the day. Worst period of my life
Anyway, been clean for a couple months now.
To my surprise, it hasn’t taken long to regain a fair bit of muscle, However I am getting a little help from the 250mg test I’m cruising lol.
Diets back on track and so is training, the real tough part is just learning how it feels to feel normal again.

Diet:
Currently I am maintaining my weight at ~3300cals. I eat 4 meals as of now. I shoot for around 330g protein daily and the carbs and fats come from clean sources. I try to get in 38g fibre daily for the sake of my asshole. Sodium never exceeds 2300mg. I take a multivitamin that covers all my daily intakes to make up for the holes in my diet. Only time I ever do shakes and such is if I am in a rush, on the road or simply am forcing so much whole foods it starts to look the same as it went in when it comes out. I drink 4L of water and will push it higher when I run orals.

Training:
I am doing a modified brosplit where I hit every muscle group once a week. 7 days a week 1.5 hours. Daily cardio 8 minutes before and after every meal to aid in digestion and boost my metabolism.

Current stack:
I am cruising 250mg test e weekly split into Monday Thursday.


Upcoming blast:
500mg Test E 13 -16 weeks duration. Anadrol 50-100mg depending on how I feel for 6 weeks mid blast. Il probably keep my surplus at 750-500 daily, likely the latter. The goal of this is to regain some more muscle (no shit) without adding in unnecessary amounts of fat, and most importantly to feel good and enjoy myself. this will begin within the next 3 weeks, until then feel free to share and say whatever you want.

Forgot to mention, I plan to run nolva alongside my anadrol to prevent its potential gyno. I also currently take 0.25mg adex on pin days and will up it to 0.5mg on my blast.

bro all about anadrol but at your age becareful you dont need 100mg of anadrol trust me. Muscle memory a real thing and you will bounce back fast. When will you start the blast. So you basically on TRT at age of 26 then? Crazy really

I always take a training split from one of the logs and use it myself

Some more info I should’ve went over:

-unfortunately, a large majority of my body is tattooed and if I were to post them I would loose a bit of my anonymity, which at this moment in time I am not ready for.

-I will be taking a little bit of nolva on days I take anadrol. I picked this up from one of Dylan’s YouTube videos where he stated that some of the unwanted estrogenic side affects from anadrol can be avoided by taking a serm.

-Not trying to seem pretentious or better than others but I’ve never been a fan of drinking and likely never will be. My livers probably pretty healthy compared to others.

-As of now I’m probably going to do updates every Sunday. This will include the days nutrition, weight, lifts, other notes, gear, etc, as well as just a recap of the weeks notable points.

Meals that I eat everyday apart from the odd halo top I treat myself to. Even then I make sure it fits my daily nutrient marks.

Diet:

Meal 1 PRW:
Greek yogurt 527g, steel cut oats 111g
(660cals, 66g P, 88.5g C, 7.4g F)

Meal 2 POW:
Extra lean ground pork 178g, large eggs 105g, sweet potato 241g
(660cals, 66.1g P, 52.2g C, 57.7g F)

Meal 3:
Extra lean ground chicken 247g, brown rice 115g
(661cals, 66g P, 89.7g C, 5.9g F)

Meal 4:
Extra lean ground beef 302g, sweet potato 171g
(660cals, 66.1g P, 34.4g C, 30.3g F)

Meal 5 Pre bed;
Extra lean ground turkey 323g, brown rice 58g
(661cals, 66g P, 45.2g C, 24.4g F)

Totals:
3302cals, 330.2g P, 310.1g C, 125.6g F

Fully comprehensive multivitamin 1 in day 1 in night, fibre supplement to get the remaining fibre, adding up to 38g total.

Food was seasoned and I used hot sauces, bringing my total sodium up to ~2300mg
 
170 this morning. Nuked my triceps today, crazy lift. Was doing the whole stack on tricep press with a straight bar. Probably not going to blast gear for another 5-7 weeks, I wana have my 250mg weekly “trt” to fully saturate before hand. it takes my body 4-6 weeks on to get enanthate to full saturation.

At the moment I’m just eating maintenance calories. Il up them by 400-500 to bulk once on blast.
