PWO meal:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
2 scoops isoPURE protein
1/2 cup wild blueberries

Work out in 2 hours

7oz ground chicken
125g yellow bell pepper
125g Jasmin Rice

also we cant figure out your feeding time, from what time to what time you eating here?

No, protein shakes are taken in water

I ate at last meal at 6:30pm today, if I work out in the evening I’ll eat around 7-7:30pm

I could, but my life schedule is basically set in stone.

If I work out after work…

5:30 wake up
6:45 bring boy to school
7:05 fasted cardio
9:00 start work
11:00 lunch break
5:00 end of work
5:30 work out
9:30 sleep

If I work out in the am, only difference is PWO meal upon waking and workout at 7:05am

@InkAndSteel ok if you do fasted cardio 7am and start work at 9am, we can move your 1st meal to 10am, possible? aka like a protein shake with oats in it for example, something you can easily drink at work. Making it 10-6:30 feeding window.
is that possible with your schedule?

Taking a chill day with my son, not going to be to concerned with food, just still not eating crap… updates will resume tomorrow! Enjoy your holiday weekend my brothers… 💪🏼
@InkAndSteel dont worry about food on day off, but eat a few pizza slices with the boy enjoy the day, consider it a cheat day :)
