Guys I have let myself go but in a good way. I haven’t gotten to this part in my life log yet but I needed to repair my system so my wife and I could have kids. 4 years ago we started that journey. Clomid was the key to my success as I didn’t respond well enough to HCG alone. My natural Test levels were 86 total and 24 free. Sperm count was low etc.
90 days of Clomid got me to 230 total test and about 90 free test.
So, let’s go to February last year. I am 3 years off (with exception of 6 months proper TRT and decided Ill just completely stay off til kids). I weighed in at 260lbs and was about to go from a size 38 waist to a 40 and I said never again.
My wife and I both started Semaglutide with great success. I stopped the TRT and started Semaglutide and got down to 205. So 55lbs of water and fat loss in 7 months.
Unfortunately I don’t have pictures of the weight loss journey without clothes so.
Here I am at 26 y/o preparing for Gyno surgery over 6 months. This is a progression to getting lean over 6 months before the surgery to allow for swelling and a better healing.

This took 30 days recovery to be back to the "normal life" but normal sensation was well over 2 years.

I’m now in my mid 30’s I started TRT again 6 weeks ago and slowly bumped it up. Damn did I feel like a 16 y/o again.
January I was weighing in around 208 and I’m already back up to 234. A lot was quick weight from eating bad and water weight from test.
Weight - 234lb
Height - 6'2"
Bodyfat % - 22.8%
BMI - 30.2
The Semaglutide is for lowering the insulin resistance and making my current diet more effective for the training. As well as suppressing my desire for shit eating.
The Anavar – I acknowledge that Anavar makes me slightly short tempered so I only want to pair it with large strength training days.
The Tren – I’m not sure how I want to run it to ensure I don’t have any Erectile issues from a 19nor. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS?
So 6’2” 235. I will be doing the following drug protocol this month thru April
- Semaglutide 0.5mg once weekly (can split the dose and make twice weekly if preferred)
- Test Cyp 200mg twice a week
- On days that it’s the big 3 (legs, back, chest) I will supplement 25mg Anavar
- HGH 8iu every morning 5x a week.
In May we will see how my progress is but I believe I will be going to the below protocol.
DIET - What I can't explain enough to people is know what your eating if you want to get the most results from your training. And I DONT mean drink your protein.
- Semaglutide 1mg once weekly
- Test Cyp 200mg 3x a week
- Tren Enan (need to figure out my dosage as im not worried about gyno)
- Anavar 25mg only on Big training days
- HGH 8iu every morning 5x a week.
Beef-Chili Pepper Ranch just outside of Chattanooga, TN has American Wagyu cattle. I bought a 1/4 steer 220lb hanging weight. These animals have a known diet and tremendous flavor. I paid a decent price to know what I am eating, about $2,500 shipped. But I still have about 75 lbs (1lb bags) ground beef. Several ribeyes, plenty of roasts and sirloins.+
FISH -I live in south florida and like our local fish. I save Mahi filets vacuum sealed and if that isnt an option I do fresh cuts of salmon or Sea Bass from costco.
Chicken -I didnt use to be huge on Organic but I am getting there now. Especially as I like Heirloom eggs at Costco and they have Orange yolks instead of Orange juice Yellow.
Carbs -About every 2 weeks I will make fresh pasta and freeze a couple packs for the next 2 weeks. I HATE brown rice. I only eat white rice. I love apples and peaches before my workouts.
Breakfast for me has to have eggs and toast (plus OJ), or oatmeal.
I'm not in this to be on stage so my diet isn't perfect. I have an enjoyment in cooking and eating though and will happily share some pictures soon.
