Approved Log TRT for Life Log - my full experience

How Homebrew gave me a career

Alright bros so today I am doing another double post.

First off thanks for all those who are watching and interested in the story. I am super hesitant on my pictures as I went full dad bod mode. But they are coming in my next post.

Some Homebrew – this led me to meeting a lot of friends and making a little side hustle. Eventually I got a meeting with someone who had an interest in a compounding pharmacy and we faked a resume to a closed facility and I got hired on the spot as I was experienced in compounding already.

I learned the real ins and outs, sterile clean room, anti rooms, working under hoods. The HUGE DIFFERENCE in quality of USP / NF grade products over what you will find on your local grocery store.

This pharmacy was compounding and freeze drying HCG but the “cake” or white puck if you will kept “collapsing.” What this means is either the ingredients used didn’t work well with the freeze dry recipe, freeze dryer failed, didn’t freeze good enough or didn’t dry long enough.

Freeze drying has many components that this company didn’t understand. So I bought a used freeze dryer and wired it with a transformer across my first apartment at 25 years old. I lost a few thousand dollars while butchering the process of freeze drying. At this time there was nobody in the USA doing this on the black market to learn from, I had to learn every step of the way.

I was 3 freeze dryers in. 1 the heat exchanger you couldn’t get anymore to fix. The other 2 kept getting vacuum leaks from dry rotted parts and they couldn’t freeze the product cold enough and fast enough. So I had a vendor reach out to me after I did a Request for Quote and I purchased a new unit.

This company later put on a class for freeze drying which helped me understand more of the engineering side and precision. 2 years later they meet my wife, love her and offer me a job in installing manufacturing equipment. Not only and I a licensed Tech but I have experience with the machines, and being younger (these machines are 500-2000 lbs) I was an asset.

Now just a few years into it I walk into some of the largest facilities in the USA and get to see stuff that was only in my dreams 15 years ago. I did this all with only an Associates, no science degree.

If you have some scientific questions I am always open to them, but please send a private message.

Now for some LOG work.

Guys I have let myself go but in a good way. I haven’t gotten to this part in my life log yet but I needed to repair my system so my wife and I could have kids. 4 years ago we started that journey. Clomid was the key to my success as I didn’t respond well enough to HCG alone. My natural Test levels were 86 total and 24 free. Sperm count was low etc.

90 days of Clomid got me to 230 total test and about 90 free test.

So, let’s go to February last year. I am 3 years off (with exception of 6 months proper TRT and decided Ill just completely stay off til kids). I weighed in at 260lbs and was about to go from a size 38 waist to a 40 and I said never again.

My wife and I both started Semaglutide with great success. I stopped the TRT and started Semaglutide and got down to 205. So 55lbs of water and fat loss in 7 months.

Unfortunately I don’t have pictures of the weight loss journey without clothes so.

Here I am at 26 y/o preparing for Gyno surgery over 6 months. This is a progression to getting lean over 6 months before the surgery to allow for swelling and a better healing.

Then there is the surgery

This took 30 days recovery to be back to the "normal life" but normal sensation was well over 2 years.

SORRY BROS I have some important errands to run now. It's time for our IVF implant today. I will post more later on logs, meals, current status.,

Hey Bros, IVF went well today. So now I am on my 9 month training cycle lol.

I’m now in my mid 30’s I started TRT again 6 weeks ago and slowly bumped it up. Damn did I feel like a 16 y/o again.
January I was weighing in around 208 and I’m already back up to 234. A lot was quick weight from eating bad and water weight from test.

Weight - 234lb
Height - 6'2"
Bodyfat % - 22.8%
BMI - 30.2

The Semaglutide is for lowering the insulin resistance and making my current diet more effective for the training. As well as suppressing my desire for shit eating.
The Anavar – I acknowledge that Anavar makes me slightly short tempered so I only want to pair it with large strength training days.
The Tren – I’m not sure how I want to run it to ensure I don’t have any Erectile issues from a 19nor. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS?

So 6’2” 235. I will be doing the following drug protocol this month thru April
  1. Semaglutide 0.5mg once weekly (can split the dose and make twice weekly if preferred)
  2. Test Cyp 200mg twice a week
  3. On days that it’s the big 3 (legs, back, chest) I will supplement 25mg Anavar
  4. HGH 8iu every morning 5x a week.

In May we will see how my progress is but I believe I will be going to the below protocol.
  1. Semaglutide 1mg once weekly
  2. Test Cyp 200mg 3x a week
  3. Tren Enan (need to figure out my dosage as im not worried about gyno)
  4. Anavar 25mg only on Big training days
  5. HGH 8iu every morning 5x a week.
DIET - What I can't explain enough to people is know what your eating if you want to get the most results from your training. And I DONT mean drink your protein.
Beef-
Chili Pepper Ranch just outside of Chattanooga, TN has American Wagyu cattle. I bought a 1/4 steer 220lb hanging weight. These animals have a known diet and tremendous flavor. I paid a decent price to know what I am eating, about $2,500 shipped. But I still have about 75 lbs (1lb bags) ground beef. Several ribeyes, plenty of roasts and sirloins.+
FISH -
I live in south florida and like our local fish. I save Mahi filets vacuum sealed and if that isnt an option I do fresh cuts of salmon or Sea Bass from costco.
Chicken -
I didnt use to be huge on Organic but I am getting there now. Especially as I like Heirloom eggs at Costco and they have Orange yolks instead of Orange juice Yellow.
Carbs -
About every 2 weeks I will make fresh pasta and freeze a couple packs for the next 2 weeks. I HATE brown rice. I only eat white rice. I love apples and peaches before my workouts.

Breakfast for me has to have eggs and toast (plus OJ), or oatmeal.

I'm not in this to be on stage so my diet isn't perfect. I have an enjoyment in cooking and eating though and will happily share some pictures soon.

you are taking 8 IUs of hgh? are you sure? you'd feel that a lot imo

on the diet i'd like to see you go the way you going low carbs but really more fasting IMO

toast and oj in morning thats high carbs high sugar spike

test cyp and hgh is good add 50mgs anavar and 7caps n2guard
but i wouldnt add trenbolone not at your bodyfat, you can easily add more test though it would work better

5K is not bad. as long as the job is well done well worth it

5K is a steal, i've heard 10-12K with a lot of doctors
as long as you are happy with the job he did
