Hey Bros so I skipped around a little and was missing the below. So today I will one post quick to cover the 3
  • 10 years STRONG
  • Shootin Blanks (2 years off)
  • Problem Solved
10 Years strong
What this means is I successfully did TRT or more dosage consistent for 10 years. I maintained good bloodwork and only had hypertension when having relationship issues. My peak bodybuilding weight was 220lb (100kg).
Post GYNO surgery - there was some serious recovery on stretching those muscle fibers. So there is basically a hole and they take muscle fibers and overlay the gap under the nipple. This is to make the nipple not concave. Doing this cosmetically looks better. The bad part was everytime I did chest I stretched it and felt gyno pain for at least 2 years. Enough to where I went back to the doctor and questioned if he got it all. Now 10 years later I can happily say he definitely got it all. It was nerves and muscle stretching apart.

I never wanted to achieve a beach body. I was always happy around 10-15% body fat. I felt stronger and ate what I wanted within reason.

Shootin Blanks (2 years off)
Post my 10 years and proposing to my now wife, we decided I should come off Test after having a low sperm count. So I did after and did a PCT but only for 1 month of HCG.
2 years off and no kids I do a followup with my doctor.
Total test - 86
Free test - 24

So I never bounced back. My doctor perscribed 50mg Clomid a day. It caused me to pee so excessively it was painful sometimes and couldn't hold it. 25mg was the proper dosage for me.
90 days clomid and Total test was around 220

After about a year I discussed with the doctor doing TRT and taking clomid. He said it would be fine but obviously if we hadn't any kids yet maybe don't do it.

Problem Solved
It was a combo problem. We decided to try IUI and found out that my wife has a blocked tube. We were highly unlikely to get pregnant naturally because of this. So after all the testing and embryos ready to go now. We did one implant and Im back on test.

I took just over 3 years off total (just after covid) and It is fucking fantastic to be back.

Sorry for not posting, I have been on the road working almost the entire month of April. And to top it off we just got back from a week cruise in the Caribbean!

With all that, I have managed too somewhat keep up with my drug protocol
It slightly changed
Test Cyp 200 - twice a week
Anavar 25mg - 3x a week only on big workout days
HGH 6iu - 5 days a week

My workouts have only been mediocore with so much in a car driving, flying or on a boat. So with that I dialed back the extra meds so its not wasted.

Good news, im up to 238lbs today. Bad news I probably gained 5 of fat on the recent travel. Time to do a quick cleanse and get back on clean eating.

Good news. My weight gain was water retention and not fat

Today I weighed in at 233.
Body fat @ 23%

However I look leaner and feel stronger. And have a consistent pump with the manual labor I have been doing.

My past was 234 and 22.8%.
I am looking forward to next week, I’ll have a full gym schedule and will post end of week pics and stats.

My next post this week I will show you some of the installation work I do in laboratories and pharmacies. Mainly I work in clean rooms installing machines that would make lyophilized products using a freeze dryer and working under a BSC (hepa hood)

The diet on the road was hard to keep consistent without the ability to cook

My cruise, I hit the omelette station every morning. They saturate everything in butter (it did taste good lol) and after light workouts I would hit the vitality juice bar
Some days I’d get a protein shake just because but I don’t usually do protein shakes. I just couldn’t get enough quality protein on the cruise though. They also had nice fresh juices like carrot, beet, lemon ginger and more that were fantastic. Every night I had steak, prime rib, filet and lobster or some variant of that lol.

Last nights dinner was a tomahawk ribeye with spuds and mushrooms.

Today I was on the road, morning made breakfast English muffin, 3 eggs, provolone and bacon.
Lunch chipotle
Dinner 2 bbq chicken breast, mild bbq sauce
1 sweet potato.

I absolutely hate a “stick to” diet where you get the same meal 5 nights a week. For me to keep interested in the hobby it has to be mixed up for dinner.

Definitely will get some photos this weekend. I’ll get to the computer and upload the photos with a nice post of the install and explain it in the morning.

and training, i can see you can push some home training push ups sit ups squats, how about we start there?
 
yes on the road its harder for sure. but it can be done with some creativity
