Find a healthier restaurant that will cook food clean

I wonder if you can carry a small air fryer with you

if you have access to a refrigerator you can meal prep ahead of time

in the 80s and 90s salesmen who would travel around the country were always much more overweight than other people

I wonder if you can carry a small air fryer with you
When I went to Tampa and NC I did a meal prep for the majority of the trip until it was sales meetings.

I get the nice glad Tupperware from Costco and have a nice meal prep bulk lunch box. Works for about 10 meals. I’ll generally have healthy breakfasts on the road and try to make sure my lunches are covered

Dinners usually require a sales meeting and I’ll get a base chicken, fish or steak with veggies

Today’s meals are on calorie deficit and more strict to low carbs, posted below. Dinner tonight bbq chicken breast, steamed broccoli, half a sweet potato.

One post up I got some food content going today. I will be working from home for the majority of the next 3 weeks so I should be more consistent.

Todays back training log got cut short. Wife got morning sick at the gym today. (10 weeks pregnant)

Morning workout
10 minutes treadmill on incline

This week is to work on form, and accessory muscles. More reps and slow movements.
- Lat pull downs wide grip
- 4 sets of 25 reps 70lb

Diverging Seated rows super set wide and inside grip
- 50lb x 15 rep wide grip
- 50lb x 15 rep inside grip
- 60lb x 15 rep wide grip
- 60lb x 15 rep inside grip
- 70lb x 10 rep wide grip
- 70lb x 10 rep inside grip

Shoulder shrugs - 4 sets of 25 with 25lb dumbbells.

Finished some light dumbbell work at the house for some arm pump. Usually I will take 15lb dumbbelss and hit a combo of open face and hammer curls but one straight set of 100 reps.

make sure you prep your food with salt that will help preserve it

Part of my travel job is not only sales but installing the medical equipment, then validating the machines functions are fully operational post install. With that coves a hovering doctor or pharmacist that wants to play with their new toy and ask a bunch of information and tips/tricks for free. They basically try to pick your brain for "recipes" on how to make the products they want.

For this work, I inform customers its consult work and if you would like my advisement I can give you one recipe as a "cover all" a non tested recipe. The board of pharmacy is now wanting compounding pharmacies to validate their recipes to ensure that the freeze drying process was done properly, low moisture content, and that the recipe actually works for one product in specific. This could be very costly to develop a recipe for each product. But in the end these companies make millions off these machines (while the board of pharmacy will let them)

So below are a couple pictures of clean room freeze dryers put into a wall. The frame still needed to be screwed in (pre-drill holes and then use stainless screws. These are two smaller units, Two shelves with stoppering (allows for the negative pressure in the bottles). They put out a good amount of heat so you will want air movement and cooling to keep the compressors running nice.

Purpose of freeze drying? - it creates the ability to dispense small amounts of medications very quickly and accurately across a large amount of vials. The removal of the water creates an environment which bacteria cannot grow in. It also stabilizes the products from shaking, less heat transfer and the overall longevity.

Examply load? 5ml vials, one machine can do about 180 vials at a time over a 2 day course usually. So here there is 2 machines, they could in theory do 2,160 vials a week with stock trays, With custom made trays you can expand the usable area of the shelves and get a little more, potentially 2,424 vials.

3ml vials you ask? - roughly 300 a tray unless larger trays 360 depending on vial diameter.

@Nick23 thats pretty cool, I thought freeze dry is for peptides right? or is that for other purpose

interesting I can see why you have to travel

Hey bro, Thanks for the heads up on the 100% I will keep an eye out for it. I didn't see it on the shelves where I go but will check another spot.

Freeze Dryers (Lyophilizers) is for peptides, and also a lot more.
- I have helped formulate freeze dry recipes for Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, Sermorelin, CJC, Semag.. and some others over the years.

Some facilities make sterile bandages with them using pig liver,
Disney world freeze dries Rhino poop for lab testing later on to make sure their diet is proper.

The dryers I work with are strictly for pharmaceutical (hence the big price tickets some are 300k). That doesnt mean you could not freeze dry food in them but the power consumption to result is not worth it.

15 min cardio post - thanks alot for the advice I will add this in. Normally I like to add 10 minutes in the dry sauna too.

At home I setup a small pop up tent steam sauna and use essential oils (the tent came with a chair and the steam pot for like $120 on amazon)

wife - she is good. Wednesday was her last shot of progesterone and estrogen patches. She usually has evening sickness and we are hoping to see a positive change in that without the shots of progesterone.

LYO - attached is another Lyo I installed. This is a pretty big machine, you can see how many shelves it has (14 usable) and weighs over 2,000 lbs. Thankfully it has its own wheels and rolls nicely on smooth floors.

Cool stuff bros. If you have any questions about this stuff you want to ask privately your welcome to as well. I like to inform people of what goes on behind the counters. These rooms are ultra clean facilities that I work in and I respect the pharmacies that I have worked with so far.
