The diet on the road was hard to keep consistent without the ability to cook
My cruise, I hit the omelette station every morning. They saturate everything in butter (it did taste good lol) and after light workouts I would hit the vitality juice bar
Some days I’d get a protein shake just because but I don’t usually do protein shakes. I just couldn’t get enough quality protein on the cruise though. They also had nice fresh juices like carrot, beet, lemon ginger and more that were fantastic. Every night I had steak, prime rib, filet and lobster or some variant of that lol.
Last nights dinner was a tomahawk ribeye with spuds and mushrooms.
Today I was on the road, morning made breakfast English muffin, 3 eggs, provolone and bacon.
Lunch chipotle
Dinner 2 bbq chicken breast, mild bbq sauce
1 sweet potato.
I absolutely hate a “stick to” diet where you get the same meal 5 nights a week. For me to keep interested in the hobby it has to be mixed up for dinner.
Definitely will get some photos this weekend. I’ll get to the computer and upload the photos with a nice post of the install and explain it in the morning.
