The diet on the road was hard to keep consistent without the ability to cook

My cruise, I hit the omelette station every morning. They saturate everything in butter (it did taste good lol) and after light workouts I would hit the vitality juice bar
Some days I’d get a protein shake just because but I don’t usually do protein shakes. I just couldn’t get enough quality protein on the cruise though. They also had nice fresh juices like carrot, beet, lemon ginger and more that were fantastic. Every night I had steak, prime rib, filet and lobster or some variant of that lol.

Last nights dinner was a tomahawk ribeye with spuds and mushrooms.

Today I was on the road, morning made breakfast English muffin, 3 eggs, provolone and bacon.
Lunch chipotle
Dinner 2 bbq chicken breast, mild bbq sauce
1 sweet potato.

I absolutely hate a “stick to” diet where you get the same meal 5 nights a week. For me to keep interested in the hobby it has to be mixed up for dinner.

Definitely will get some photos this weekend. I’ll get to the computer and upload the photos with a nice post of the install and explain it in the morning.

For those of you who have a Whole Foods and an Amazon prime account, Blue Point oysters at Whole Foods on friday are 1$ each (with order of 12 or more) and they shuck them for you.

I had leftover filet and made filet and eggs yesterday for breakfast. Today was a shake since we had the appointment.

For those of you who have a Whole Foods and an Amazon prime account, Blue Point oysters at Whole Foods on friday are 1$ each (with order of 12 or more) and they shuck them for you.

I had leftover filet and made filet and eggs yesterday for breakfast. Today was a shake since we had the appointment.

Training is good! Im not really trying to do a bulk or a cut. This is for life ya know. But I am pleased with the waste slightly down as I want to drop back to a size 36 loose. Currently I am 36 snug (was breaking into the 38s). One step at a time

Today is a Chest day, having some coffee now and will be ready in about an hour to hit the grind.

Does anyone else have issues when they sleep with sticking their arms out and it hangs off the bed? I woke up today and the elbow joint hate me because of it.

10 minute elliptical machine

Chest workout
Dumbbell flat bench
35s x 20 reps
45s x 15 reps
60s x 10 reps
80s x 10 reps
90s x 5 reps

Pectoral Fly Machine
55lb x 20 reps
4 sets
Note - had a tight right shoulder and kept low weight.


Tricep pull downs
Super set
- Rope

1. 4 sets of 15 reps @ 45 lbs. Every machine has a different weight for this that doesn’t really correlate to its effectiveness. I generally try to find a happy point to hit my target reps maxed pump

2. 4 sets of 15 reps @ 45lbs reverse grip pull downs

Finish 50 pushups. Breaks as needed until complete.

Completed cardio with a dog walk

Bro good job on the workout you pushed hard and got the cardio in too which is awesome but I agree with @Mobster make sure you rest and don’t push to hard because the last thing you to do is get a bad injury 🙏

sirloin on sale this week at whole foods. i'm gonna grab 2 pounds of it and bbq

oysters have a lot of benefits so good suggestion
