Approved Log TRT for Life Log - my full experience

maybe post up some recipes on how to cook oysters properly

Bro good job on the workout you pushed hard and got the cardio in too which is awesome but I agree with @Mobster make sure you rest and don’t push to hard because the last thing you to do is get a bad injury 🙏
I might have pushed it a little too ohard for the first week on weights, but I miss this fatigue! Crazy energy just the soreness is alot

For the oysters bros - serve raw with some nice red wine vinegar and shallots. horse radish, cocktail sauce and a lemon
cooked - my wife added spinach dip and some parm cheese on top,
the key was I had wood chips going to give a little smokey flavor.

Yesterday I wasnt able to hit a workout in, But im in south florida and its 95º. I cut the lawn before 9am for my cardio.

BROS - so this is my first real experience adding some tren into the mix (150mg Tren E once a week for now). Advice on tren is welcomed. I have been on TRT and then some for 15 years and never done it. All i can say is WOW. The hunger and the thermogenic effects are unreal. I am hot all day long.

Today I went to the local diner. 3 eggs over medium, huge plate of potatoes and turkey sausage.
I have been up since 3am running fire calls (firefighter) and come 9 am I was depleted and needed some serious food. Some days I can't control the scheduling and it missed up my time for meal prepping. So I will take some photos this weekend of what I put in the containers for the week!

Very excited for the next few weeks.

@Nick23 raw oysters no thanks bro lol ;) i cook my stuff

trenbolone advice, you'll get hungry but the anger issues are the problem, have you added cardarine and n2guard to the trenbolone for sides?

waiting to see your meal prep :)

Weeks I work from home I do a lot of cook fresh. I almost always have hardboiled eggs ready as a fill in snack.
Also meatsauce is a "meal" at least once a week. Whether it is ground beef (remember I have frozen wagyu) or if its bison.

We do 1lb ground meat with a 12 oz can of mushrooms and half an onion.

My meals today:
Banana and vanilla protein shake
Leftovers for breakfast - I hate to admit it but my wife wanted chinese food so it was leftovers.
Half gallon water with aminos
Post workout - bowl of meatsauce and 2 slices provolone
30 min later still hungry and had a hardboiled egg

I will probably eat another meal later tonight. I have steak laid out to cook and fresh chimichuri sauce

BTW - Great back workout today. My widegrip lat pull downs were beast mode. Im feeling stronger and some stamina is coming back. Very exciting.

Not a lot at the gym, only warmup.

Everyday though I take the dogs for walks, cut the grass, or do something productive to get my cardio

Meals are looking incredible

seeing a lot of good micronutrients

I'm a big fan of the protein that you have and the meal pictures look fantastic
